ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาโรงแรมใบไม้เขียวในเขตภาคตะวันออก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาโรงแรม ใบไม้เขียว ในเขตภาคตะวันออก ตามมาตรฐานโครงการใบไม้เขียว วิธีการวิจัยทำโดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ จำนวนโรงแรมที่เป็นสมาชิกสมาคมโรงแรมไทย ในเขตภาคตะวันออกปี 2558 จำนวน 78 ตัวอย่าง ผลการศึกษาที่ได้สรุปได้ว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาโรงแรมใบไม้เขียวในเขตภาคตะวันออก คือ การใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงแรมในโรงแรมระดับ 3 ดาว การใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงแรมในโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว และระบบการจัดการด้านน้ำภายในโรงแรมที่ยังไม่สามารถนำน้ำที่ใช้แล้วกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ตามนโยบายหรือแผนการดำเนินงาน การจัดการด้านน้ำที่มีประสิทธิภาพของโรงแรมในโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว ตามลำดับ และความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนารูปแบบโรงแรมใบไม้เขียว ในเขตภาคตะวันออก หากได้รับการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารและมีการบริหารจัดการที่ดีในแต่ละด้านของโรงแรม มีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเพียงพอ และโรงแรมมีการอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงาน ปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถควบคุมการใช้พลังงานและทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน

The purpose of this research to study the problems and obstacles to develpo green leaf hotel in Eastern Reqion compliance with the standard of Green Leaf Development Project. Research methodology by questionnaire is used to collect the data. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The sample group consisted of hotels which are members of Thai Hotel Association in 2015, in Eastern Region, total 78 hotels. The study results found that factors affecting the problems and obstacles to the development of Green Leaf Hotel in Eastern Regoin are: usage of environmentally friendly products in 3 star hotels, usage of environmentally friendly products in 4 star products and water management systems in the hotels, reused water system is not available to comply with the policy or operation plan, effective water management of the 5 star hotels respectively. The possibility of developing green leaf hotel in Eastern Region in case that, receiving support from hotle entrepreneurs, personnel have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the environment and the hotels offer training to educate employees the aforementioned factors thereof shall be able to control the energt and resources usage efficiently and sustainably.
