การประยุกต์แนวคิด SCOR Model กับอุตสาหกรรมการเลี้ยงกุ้งขาวแวนนาไมในจังหวัดจันทบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการเลี้ยงกุ้งขาวแวนนาไม ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำจนถึงปลายน้ำและวิเคราะห์จุดอ่อนเพื่อเสนอแนวทางวิธีการในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามหลักแนวคิด SCOR Model โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรในการศึกษาคือ ผู้ประกอบการที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปี ได้แก่ ผู้จำหน่ายปัจจัยการผลิต ผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงกุ้ง ผู้ประกอบการรับซื้อหรือจำหน่ายกุ้ง และผู้บริโภค วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสรุปเนื้อหาเป็นประเด็นสำคัญแล้วนำเสนอเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกพบว่า เมื่อวิเคราะห์จุดอ่อนที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานแต่ละกิจกรรมต้องมีการพัฒนา 3 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผน ยังขาดการวางแผนงานอย่างเป็นระบบ และไม่คำนึงถึงแนวโน้มความต้องการของตลาด หรือลูกค้าที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา ส่วนด้านการจัดซื้อจัดหา ยังขาดวิธีการกำหนดคุณลักษณะของแหล่งซื้อ เนื่องจากซื้อขายกันแบบผูกขาด โดยไม่มีการดำเนินการเปรียบเทียบแหล่งซื้อใหม่ๆ และด้านการขนส่่ง รูปแบบการดำเนิน การจัดส่งเป็นแบบเดิม คือ มีการจัดส่งแบบครั้งละรายต่อเที่ยว ทำให้มีต้นทุนในการขนส่งต้นทุนบริหารจัดการต่างๆ เพิ่มขึ้น ดังเมื่อมีการพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแนวคิด SCOR Model โดยนำตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโซ่อุปทานมาช่วยปรับให้มีการดำเนินงานที่เป็นระบบตั้งแต่คำสั่งซื้อจนถึงการส่งมอบซึ่งจะสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการให้กับลูกค้าได้ตรงเวลาและลดต้นทุนการบริหารจัดการต่างๆ ดังนั้นจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ประกอบการสามารถแนวทางที่ได้ไปพัฒนาการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานและสามารถแข่งขันกับคู่แข่งรายอื่นได้

This research intends to study and analyse the Vannamai White Shrimp farming process from the headwater to downstream and weaknesses analysis to improve the effective operation of the SCOR Model analyse from the entrepreneur with over 10 yeaard of working experience including suppliers, Vannamai White Shrimp farmer and dealer. And the Convenience sampling is a method to analyse the summary information from customer and then presented by composition. After analysis, the result of in-depth interview showed that the weaknesses which affect to the operation must be developed in 3 activities including planning which is lack of systematic planning and unconsisdered the marketing demand and supply trends which unstable. For procurement also lack of the specifically trading center attributed. Because of using Monopoly Trading without comparison the new trading area. And traditional transportation that increase the transportation and management costs. So, when the development according to the SCOR Model was applied by the effective supply chain management indicators, the operation has efficiently systems from ordering to sending which response to the customer's demand during time period and decrease management costs. Consequently, the SCOR Model would be an advantageous to any entrepreneur to increase the operational effectiveness and able to compete with other vendors.
