การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของภาวะผู้นำของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาล เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการต่อต้านการทุจริตของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาลและบทบาทของภาวะผู้นำในการต่อต้านการทุจริตของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาล โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่มและการสุ่มแบบง่าย จากสถานีตำรวจที่สังกัดกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 9 เขต รวม 405 คน ผลการสำรวจ พบว่า 1. บทบาทของภาวะผู้นำของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาลปรากฏ ผลการศึกษาว่า ภาพรวมทั้ง 7 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.10) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การทำให้เป็นผู้นำตนเอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.41) รองลงมาคือ การสนับสนุนให้เกิดผู้นำตนเองโดยการสร้างทีมงาน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.23) การสร้างรูปแบบความคิดทางบวก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.19) กระตุ้นให้ผู้ตามตั้งเป้าหมายด้วยตนเอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.97) การอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเองโดยการให้รางวัลและตำหนิอย่างสร้างสรรค์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.94) ผู้นำแสดงเป็นแบบฉบับของการเป็นผู้นำตนเอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.92) การอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมของผู้นำตนเอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.88) 3. พฤติกรรมการต่อต้านการทุจริตของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาล ปรากฏผลการศึกษาว่า ภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.96) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการต่อต้านการทุจริตในส่วนราชการ(ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.21) รองลงมาคือ ขับเคลื่อนคุณธรรมให้เกิดขึ้นแก่หน่วยงานด้วยความภูมิใจ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.05) พัฒนากระบวนงานทีเน้นความเสมอภาค โปร่งใส เป็นธรรม (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.91) สร้างจิตสำนึกด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.86) การมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อเป็นแบบอย่างให้เกิดผลในทางปฏิบัติ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.72) 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบทบาทของภาวะผู้นำในการต่อต้านการทุจริตของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาล พบว่า บทบาทของภาวะผู้นำทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับการต่อต้านการทุจริตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้คือ บทบาทของภาวะผู้นำมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมการต่อต้านการต่อต้านการทุจริตของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาล
The Objective of this research is to study the role of Leadership of police officers, anti-corruption behavior, and the role of leadership in Anti-Corruption in Bangkok Metropolitan Bureau. The methodology in this research is the quantitative research. For acquiring target samples of 405 people, both cluster/systematic sampling and simple random sampling are means to select them from many police stations under control of Metropolitan Police Bureau 1-9. The survey showed that : 1. The role of leadership of police officers in the Metropolitan Police Station area appears that all 7 aspects were at a moderate level in every aspect (Mean = 3.10), when classified by aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was self-leadership (Mean = 3.41), Second is the supporting self-leadership through team building (Mean = 3.23), the creating a positive thought (Mean = 3.19), the encourage followers to set goals for themselves (Mean = 2.97). The facilitating self-leadership through constructive rewards and criticism (Mean = 2.94), the leaders demonstrate a model of self-leadership (Mean = 2.92). and the Facilitating a culture of self-leadership (Mean = 2.88). 2. The Anti-corruption behavior of police officers in the Metropolitan Police Station area appears that all 5 aspects were at a moderate level in every aspect (Mean = 2.96), when classified by aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the inspect and evaluate anti-corruption results in government agencies (Mean = 3.21), Second is the driving morality into the organization with pride (Mean = 3.05), develop procedures that emphasize equality, transparency, and fairness (Mean = 2.91), the create awareness of morality and ethics (Mean = 2.86),, and the participation to set an example for practical results (Mean = 2.72). 3. The results of data analysis of the role of leadership in anti-Corruption in Bangkok Metropolitan Bureau found that. every aspect of leadership's role has a positive relationship with anti-corruption at a statistical significance of 0.05, which is according to the assumptions of the hypotheses.
