การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อจัดกลุ่มร้านยาตามลักษณะทั่วไปของผู้ประกอบการ ลักษณะของธุรกิจ ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด และผลการดำเนินงาน และศึกษาลักษณะของร้านยาในแต่ละกลุ่ม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ได้แก่ร้านยา ประเภท ข.ย.1 ที่เป็นสมาชิกของสมาคมร้านขายยา จำนวน 207 ร้าน ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยสถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์จัดกลุ่มเชิงลำดับชั้น (Hierachical Cluster Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่าสามารถจัดกลุ่มร้านยาได้ 3 กลุ่ม ดังนี้ กลุ่มที่ 1 จำนวน 58 ร้าน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 28.02 โดยมีลักษณะเป็นกลุ่มร้านยาดั้งเดิมที่มีศักยภาพน้อย ผู้ประกอบการมีอายุมาก การศึกษา ไม่สูง และดำเนินกิจการมานาน ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ขายไม่มีความหลากหลาย พื้นที่จัดจำหน่ายมีขนาดเล็ก ไม่เน้นการส่งเสริมการตลาด และมีผลการดำเนินงานค่อนข้างน้อย กลุ่มที่ 2 จำนวน 51 ร้าน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 24.64 โดยมีลักษณะเป็นกลุมร้านยาที่มีศักยภาพมาก ผู้ประกอบการอยูในวัยกลางคน มีการศึกษาสูง ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ขายมีความหลากหลาย พื้นที่จัดจำหน่ายมีขนาดใหญ่มีการส่งเสริมการตลาดในรูปแบบต่างๆ และมีผลการดำเนินงานสูง และกลุ่มที่3 จำนวน 98 ร้าน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.34 โดยมีลักษณะเป็นกลุ่ม ร้านยารุ่นใหม่ที่เริ่มมีแนวโน้มที่ดีผู้ประกอบการมีอายุไม่สูงมาก ระดับการศึกษาสูง ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ขาย มีความหลากหลาย พื้นที่จัดจำหน่ายมีขนาดปานกลางและมีผลการดำเนินงานปานกลาง ผลการจัดกลุ่ม ร้านยาจะทำให้สมาคมร้านขายยาสามารถจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสนับสนุนร้านยาสมาชิกตามศักยภาพของร้านยาได้อยางเหมาะสม
The objective of this research was to cluster type 1 pharmacies based on general qualification of entrepreneur, character of business, marketing mix factors, and achievement. In addition, the traits of each cluster were studied. The number of type 1 pharmacy samples, that were members of Thai Pharmacies Association, was 207 stores. Questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and the statistics that were used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and cluster analysis. The result of this research found that the samples were clustered into three clusters. The first cluster was less potential traditional pharmacy, 28.02%. Their performance in operation business was low. The entrepreneurs in this cluster ran business for a long time. They were old and did not finish high education. There were no various kinds of product on small sales areas and no focusing on promotion in business. The second cluster was high potential pharmacy, 24.64%. The performance in operation business is high. The entrepreneurs in this cluster were middle-aged and had high education. There were various kinds of product on large sales areas and various kinds of promotion in business. The third cluster was new generation pharmacy, 47.34%. The performance in operation business was middle. The entrepreneurs in this cluster were young and had high education. There were various kinds of production medium sales areas in business. From the results, Thai Pharmacies Association can use it to support members appropriately following their potential.
