งานวิจัยเรื่องการเพิ่มศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการหัตถกรรมในอำเภอบางเสาธงแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์และเทคโนโลยี โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เข้าร่วมงานวิจัย คือ กลุ่มหัตถกรรมสานสุขบางเสาธง และกลุ่มฅนรัก(ษ์)ว่าวบางเสาธง เมื่อประเมินศักยภาพการประกอบการธุรกิจหัตถกรรมของทั้งสองกลุ่มโดย SWOT พบว่า จุดแข็งคือผู้นำกลุ่มและสมาชิกมีภูมิปัญญาและความเชี่ยวชาญในการทำว่าวและหัตถกรรมจักสานผักตบชวา จุดอ่อน คือกำลังการผลิตของกลุ่มยังไม่แน่นอน และการตลาดยังอยู่ในวงจำกัด โอกาสของกลุ่ม คือการสนับสนุนของงานวิจัยพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการ และอุปสรรค คือ สถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิค-19 การเสริมศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการทั้งสองกลุ่มผ่านกิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับกลุ่มหัตถกรรมว่าวไทยจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม การเข้าร่วมอบรมการสร้างโมเดลทางธุรกิจ (BMC) และการสร้างคุณค่าในสินค้าและบริการ (VPC) กิจกรรมการอบรมด้านการตลาด กิจกรรมการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์และเทคโนโลยี ทำให้กลุ่มฅนรัก(ษ์) พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมว่าว จำนวน 4 ผลิตภัณฑ์ คือ 1) ว่าวจุฬาย่อส่วนในกรอบรูปสำหรับตั้งโต๊ะหรือแขวนผนัง 2) ว่าวจุฬาย่อส่วนบนภาพจิตกรกรรมฝาผนังพระมาลัย3) ภาพประดับผนังลวดลายว่าว 4) ตุงไม้ไผ่ลวดลายของว่าว กลุ่มหัตถกรรมสานสุขบางเสาธงพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมจักสานผักตบชวา จำนวน 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์ คือ 1) ที่ใส่แก้วเยติลวดลายประณีต ลายตัวหนอน ลายดอกพิกุลลายเม็ดมะยม ลายดอกแก้ว ลายไทยสามเส้น 2) กระเป๋าสะพายสุภาพสตรีลายเม็ดแตง 3) กระเป๋าถือสุภาพสตรีลายไขว้ ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ทำการประเมินผลิตภัณฑ์โดยใช้เกณฑ์ 5 ด้าน พบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมว่าว 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก เฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ว่าวจุฬาย่อส่วนบนภาพจิตกรกรรมฝาผนังภาพพระมาลัย ผลการประเมินอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมากที่สุด ผลิตภัณฑ์หัตกรรมจักสานผักตบชวาทั้ง 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์ผลการประเมินอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก และเพื่อเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาการทำว่าวและภูมิปัญญาการจักสานหัตถกรรมจักสานผักตบชวาแก่สาธารณชน จึงได้จัดทำคลิปเผยแพร่ในช่อง Youtube Channel “ครบเครื่องเรื่องหัตถกรรมบางเสาธง” พร้อมทั้งเผยแพร่ใน facebook : “ฅนรัก(ษ์)ว่าวบางเสาธง” และ facebook :“หัตถกรรมจักสานผักตบชวาบางเสาธง” การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคชาวไทยต่อผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมว่าวและหัตถกรรมจักสานผักตบชวาพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมว่าว 4 ผลิตภัณฑ์ และผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมว่าว 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมากทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ และเมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอายุของผู้บริโภคชาวไทยต่อความพึงพอใจผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรม พบว่า อายุของผู้บริโภคไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์จำนวน 5 ผลิตภัณฑ์ อายุของผู้บริโภคมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจต่อภาพประดับผนังลวดลายของว่าวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p-value =0.003) และอายุของผู้บริโภคมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจต่อที่ใส่แก้วเยติจักสานผักตบชวาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p-value =0.026) เมื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้บริโภคต่อส่วนประสมทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรม พบว่า อายุของผู้บริโภคไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสถานที่ในการเลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ รายได้ของผู้บริโภคไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับราคาการเลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ และรายได้ของผู้บริโภคไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์ การประเมินผลตอบแทนทางเศรษฐกิจจากการลงทุน (ROI) ของกลุ่มฅนรัก(ษ์)ว่าวบางเสาธงมีค่าเท่ากับ 15.41% ผู้ประกอบการมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น 327.27% การประเมินผลตอบแทนทางเศรษฐกิจจากการลงทุน (ROI) ของกลุ่มหัตถกรรมสานสุขบางเสาธงมีค่าเท่ากับ 13.06% ผู้ประกอบการรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น81.11 % และการประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคมจากการลงทุน (SROI) ในโครงการวิจัยฯ มีค่าเท่ากับ 2.95สรุปได้ว่า การลงทุนในโครงการวิจัยการเพิ่มศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการหัตถกรรมในอำเภอบางเสาธงแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์และเทคโนโลยีเป็นโครงการที่น่าลงทุน และจากการถอดบทเรียนการดำเนินงาน พบว่าแนวทางการเสริมศักยภาพผู้ประกอบหัตถกรรมสามารถสรุปแนวทางการดำเนินงานแบบ “B-THONG Model” ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) B : Bangsaothong – Cultural Business Connection(เครือข่ายธุรกิจ) 2) T : Technology (วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีและภูมิปัญญา 3) H : Heart (หัวใจร่วมอนุรักษ์เพื่อสืบสานงานศิลปหัตถกรรม) 4) O : Organization (การรวมตัวกันจัดตั้งเป็นกลุ่มองค์กร)5) N : New Idea and Creative Thinking (ความคิดสร้างสรรค์) และ 6) G : Goal for Development ofCultural Product (เป้าหมายสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน)
The research “ Productivity Enhancement of Handicraft Entrepreneurs In Bang Sao ThongDistrict with Creative Economy and Technology by Participatory Action.” With the target groupof this participatory study were “Sann Suk Bang Sao Thong Handicraft” group and “Bang Sao ThongKhon Rak Wao” After SWOT analysis of those two groups, It showed that strength was theirexpertise in kite making and water hyacinth handicraft working of these two products.Whereas, the weakness were uncertain group productivity and the issue of market; in aspectof supply side . Opportunity was research and development supporting and threat wasthe issue of COVID – 19 pandemic. Activities for entrepreneur enhancement supporting of these 2 groups were knowledgesharing with the kite handicraft group of Samutsongkram province , participatory training inthe project activities of Business Model Canvas (BMC), Value Proposition Canvas, andMarketing activities. From product development activity by utilizing creative economy andtechnology guidelines , the group of “Khon Rak Wao Bang Sao Thong “ came out with4 products. They were 1) miniature Chula kite for table decoration or wall hanging,2) miniature Chula kite on Mural paintings of Phra Malai, 3) pin up kite patterns and designsand patterns for wall decoration, and 4) bamboo structure Tung (flag) with kite patterns.There were 3 products created by “Bang Sao Thong Water Hyacinth Kandicraft Group.”They were 1) Yeti cup holder with exquisite patterns of tilde, “Dok Pikul”, “Dok Kao”,“Med Mayom” (Seed Stitch) and Thai pattern three lines, 2) woman shoulder bag with SeedStitch pattern, 3) woman handbag with interweave pattern. Expert assessment of those twogroups of products based on 5 criteria to consider, it was found that 3 kite – handicraftproducts were at high level especially for Chula kite, miniature Chula kite on Mural paintingsof Phra Malai was at the most highest level while 3 products of water hyacinth were at highlevel . Regarding to kite making and water hyacinth wisdoms dissemination to public, therewas a clip “ Every Thing of Bang Sao Thong Handicraft” broadcasted through You tubechannel and there were 2 Face book sites created on “ Khon Rak Wao Bang Sao Thong”and “Hattakam Chaksan Pak Toob Chawa Bang Soa Thong or Bang Sao Thong Water HyacinthHandicraft.” In terms of Thai customer satisfaction towards kite and water hyacinth handicraftproducts, It was found that all and each of 4 kite products and all and each of 3 water hyacinth products were at high satisfaction. The result of relation analyzing between Thaicustomer age and Thai customer satisfaction towards 5 products by using Pearson Chi-Squareat 0.05 significant level was that there was no relation between them whereas there wassignificant relation between customer age and pin up kite patterns for wall decoration(p-value =0.003) and there was also significant relation between customer age and customersatisfaction towards Yeti cup holder with water hyacinth handicraft ( p-value =0.026).When analyzing relation between Thai personnel customer factors and market compositionof water hyacinth handicraft products , it showed there was no relation between customerage and location of the purchased product as the same as customer income had no relationwith the product prices chosen. Moreover, customer income had no relation with marketingpromotion activities of those products Regarding to Return on Investment (ROI) assessment of “Khon Rak Wao Bang Sao ThongGroup” It was 15.4 percent. Entrepreneurs earned increasing income 327.27 percent. WhereasROI assessment of the group of “San Suk Bang Sao Thong” was 81.11 percent. Entrepreneursearned increasing income 81.11 percent. And for assessment of Social Return on Investment(SROI) of the project, it was 2. 95. It could be concluded that in terms of the projectinvestment of the research project of “Productivity Enhancement of Handicraft EntrepreneursIn Bang Sao Thong District with Creative Economy and Technology by ParticipatoyInvestment,” it was an attractive one. From project lesson learn, it could be summarized that,to support Bang Sao Thong handicraft entrepreneurs as of a guideline of “B-THONG Model”It was composed of as follows. 1) B : Bangsaothong – Cultural Business Connection (Businessnetwork). 2) T : Technology (Science and technology and wisdom). 3) H : Heart (Heart for artand handicraft preservation and carry on). 4 ) O : Organization ( Group organizationestablishment). 5 ) N : New Idea and Creative Thinking ( Creativity and innovation) and.6) G : Goal for Development of Cultural Product ( Creativity of community cultural product asa social capital).
