亿旺资讯有限公司(Advanced Info Service, 简称AIS 或AIS 移动通讯)是泰国最大的私人电信公司, 拥有最大的市场份额. 由于中国游客来泰国旅行的人数逐渐增加, AIS 移动通讯为了发展中国市场, 向中国游客推销AIS 的电话卡, 这需要在电信产品上满足客户的需要, 提供良好的汉语服务. 本论文研究的目的是通过对 AIS 电信公司中文服务的调查研究, 分析AIS 向中国客户推销电话卡的营销策略和汉语服务的情况, 指出 AIS 在汉语服务方面出现的问题, 提出改进的建议, 以提高汉语服务的水平, 增强AIS 在泰国电信市场的竞争力. 论文采用文献分析和问卷调查方法, 对AIS 电话卡的销售和汉语服务情况进行分析研究. 论文的主要内容包括三个方面:一是说明AIS 公司的发展和经营状况;二是通过调查说明AIS 公司汉语服务人员的汉语水平, 汉语服务和中国客户对AIS 汉语服务的满意情况;三是对调查结果进行分析评估, 进行SWOT分析, 发现AIS 在电话卡营销方面出现的问题, 提出解决问题的方法. 研究结果发现, AIS 在电话卡推销和汉语服务方面总体上是比较好的, 具有一定的优势, 但与其他电信公司相比还缺乏竞争性, 汉语服务人员的沟通能力比较弱, 汉语服务人员不足, 缺乏专业培训, 线上汉语服务有待加强. 另外, AIS 公司还需要加强广告宣传和发展中文网站, 以满足中国游客的需求, 提高汉语服务水平.
บริษัท Advanced Info Service หรือ AIS ผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายโทรคมนาคมเคลื่อนที่เอกชนรายใหญ่และมีส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาดมากที่สุดในประเทศไทย เนื่องจากปัจจุบันประเทศไทยมีคนจีนเดินทางเข้ามาทำงานและท่องเที่ยวจำนวนมาก บริษัทจึงเล็งเห็นถึงโอกาสนี้ในการขยายธุรกิจเปิดตลาดจีนเพื่อดึงดูดส่วนแบ่งทางตลาดจีนและปรับตัวให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ใหม่ๆ ดังนั้นวัตถุประสงค์ของการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ในครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาการให้บริการภาษาจีนแก่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน ศึกษากลยุทธ์การตลาด ตลอดจนการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวจีนที่มีต่อการให้บริการภาษาจีนของพนักงานบริการภาษาจีนของบริษัท AIS เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหาในการบริการภาษาจีน พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อช่วยพัฒนายกระดับคุณภาพการบริการภาษาจีนให้ดีมากยิ่งขึ้นวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์วรรณกรรมและการตอบแบบสอบถามเพื่อวิเคราะห์การจำหน่ายซิมการ์ดและการบริการภาษาจีนของพนักงานบริการภาษาจีน โดยประกอบด้วยเนื้อหาหลัก3 บท บทแรกจะอธิบายพัฒนาการและภาพรวมการดำเนินงานของบริษัท บทที่สองคือการอธิบายความสามารถด้านภาษาจีนของพนักงานบริการภาษาจีนและสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนที่มีต่อบริการภาษาจีนของบริษัท บทที่สามเป็นการประเมินปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น โดยทำการวิเคราะห์SWOTพร้อมทั้งนำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะและข้อควรปรับปรุงในการบริการ โดยผลจากการสำรวจพบว่านักท่องเที่ยวจีนส่วนใหญ่พึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการด้านโทรคมนาคมของบริษัทและการบริการในด้านภาษาจีนอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดี และปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ จำนวนพนักงานบริการภาษาจีน(Call Center) น้อย และในส่วนของร้านค้า AIS Shop ยังไม่มีพนักงานบริการภาษาจีน แต่เน้นการให้บริการภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลักผลจากการศึกษาพบว่าโดยทั่วไปการจำหน่ายซิมการ์ดและการบริการภาษาจีนอยู่ในระดับดีและมีข้อได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันหลายประการ แต่ก็ยังมีข้อเสียเปรียบในการแข่งขัน อาทิ ด้านทักษะการสื่อสารของพนักงานบริการภาษาจีนและจำนวนพนักงานบริการภาษาจีนมีไม่เพียงพอ ตลอดจนยังไม่มีการจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมภาษาจีนแก่พนักงานบริการภาษาจีน นอกจากนี้บริษัทยังต้องเสริมสร้างการโฆษณาและการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ภาษาจีนเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนและยกระดับการบริการภาษาจีน

As there are currently many Chinese people coming to work and travel in Thailand. The company therefor sees this opportunity to expand its business, open up the Chinese market in order to gain Chinese market share and adapt to the new situation. So the purpose of this thesis is to investigate the Chinese service of AIS telecom company, analyze the marketing strategy and Chinese service of AIS to Chinese customers, point out the problems that AIS has in Chinese service, and put forward suggestions for improvement to improve. The level of Chinese language service enhances AIS's competitiveness in the Thai telecommunications market. The paper uses literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to analyze and research the sales of AIS phone cards and Chinese services. The main content of the thesis includes three aspects: one is to explain the development and operating status of AIS company; the other is to explain the Chinese proficiency of AIS company's Chinese service personnel, Chinese service and the satisfaction of Chinese customers with AIS Chinese service through investigation; The survey results are analyzed and evaluated, and SWOT analysis is performed to discover the problems that AIS has in the phone card marketing, and propose solutions to the problems. Research shows that AIS is generally good in phone card sales and Chinese language services, and has certain advantages, but it is still lacking in competition compared with other telecommunications companies. The communication skills of Chinese language service personnel are relatively weak, and the Chinese language service personnel are insufficient and lack of professionalism. Training and online Chinese services need to be strengthened.
