การหาปริมาณการสั่งซื้อแบบประหยัดของภาชนะบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อลดปัญหาการส่งมอบล่าช้ากรณีศึกษา บริษัท เอ็กซ์วายแซด

Abstract

การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหาสาเหตุการส่งมอบสินค้าล่าช้า และกำหนดปริมาณการสั่งซื้อที่ประหยัดของภาชนะบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสมและเพียงพอต่อความต้องการใช้ประชากร ได้แก่ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง คือ ฝ่ายคลังพัสดุ ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ วัตถุดิบและฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต จำนวน 130 คน ผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดจำนวน 39 รายการ ซึ่งเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีมูลค่าการส่งออกสูง จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล พบว่า บริษัทมีปัญหาการส่งมอบสินค้าล่าช้ากว่ากำหนด ร้อยละ 51 ทำให้ไม่สามารถส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และใช้แผนผังสาเหตุ และผลวิเคราะห์สาเหตุพบว่าปริมาณภาชนะบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการใช้การบริหารจัดการด้านวัตถุดิบคงคลังที่ไม่เหมาะสม อุปสงค์และอุปทานด้านการผลิตไม่สอดคล้องกัน โดยนำทฤษฎีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของสินค้าตามหลัก ABC Analysis และการหาปริมาณการสั่งซื้อแบบประหยัด (Economic Order Quantity : EOQ) เข้ามาช่วยเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผน การจัดการวัตถุดิบคงคลังผลการศึกษาพบว่า การนำทฤษฎีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของสินค้าตามหลัก ABC Analysis และการหาปริมาณการสั่งซื้อแบบประหยัด (Economic Order Quantity : EOQ) ทำให้ลดระยะเวลารอคอยวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตลงได้ จากการนำผลการศึกษาไปใช้ทำให้สามารถส่งมอบสินค้าได้ตามระยะเวลาที่ตกลงร่วมกันกับลูกค่า ลดค่าใช้จ่ายทางตรงและทางอ้อม เพิ่มโอกาสด้านการขาย เนื่องจากสินค้าคงคลังมีต้นทุนสั่งซื้อ ต้นทุนสินค้า และต้นทุนเก็บรักษา จึงต้องมีการกำหนดปริมาณการสั่งซื้อให้เหมาะสม ทั้งนี้เพื่อวิเคราะห์กระบวนการในแต่ละขั้นตอน ให้สามารถดำเนินงานได้ง่ายและสะดวกยิ่งขึ้น ผู้ศึกษาจึงได้ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลปริมาณการใช้ในอดีตเพื่อให้ค่าพยากรณ์ล่วงหน้าของเดือนถัดไป เพื่อสามารถรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้าได้เพียงพอเพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด

The purpose of this study research is to analyze problems caused delivery delay and determine the economic order quantity in packaging. The target population is related agencies of warehouse department, raw material, purchasing department, planning and production department total 130 people, all product total 39 items which are the high export value products. The data collected showed that the company has delivered 51 percent behind schedule and could not deliver the goods to customers on time. Based on cause & effect diagram and result of cause analysis, it was found that the amount of packaging container is not enough to meet demand of usage, and raw material inventory management is inappropriate, in other words, demand and supply in production is inconsistent. The theory of product prioritization based on ABC Analysis and determination of Economic Order Quantity shall be used as a guideline in planning raw material inventory management.The study found that theory of product prioritization based on ABC Analysis and determination of Economic Order Quantity effect on waiting period of raw material to be reduced. After the result of this study has been applied, it is possible to deliver the goods on time as agreed with the customers, reduce costs directly and indirectly, and increase the opportunity in sales. Due to there are the costs for material inventory, including purchasing cost, materials cost, and storage cost then it needs to determine the order quantity properly, in order to analyze each step in the process for more convenient operation. The researcher has studied the past consumption data to forecast in advance of next month to be able to meet the requirement and for most satisfaction of customers.
