ทัศนคติของผู้ประกอบการโลจิสติกส์ ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่มีต่อผลกระทบของแรงงานต่างด้าว

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจสภาพปัญหาที่เกิดจากแรงงานต่างด้าว ในทัศนคติของผู้ประกอบการโลจิสติกส์ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบที่เกิดจากแรงงานต่างด้าว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้ประกอบการโลจิสติกส์ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 186 คน ในช่วงที่ 20-31 มีนาคม 2558 วิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปคอมพิเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานา t-testsจากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการโลจิสติกส์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 31-40 ปี สถานประกอบการตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองสมุทรปราการ ลักษณะของสถานประกอบการเป็นการบริหารการขนส่ง มีเงินลงทุนในกิจการ อยู่ระหว่าง 1,000,001-5,000,000 บาท มีลักษณะการจ้างงานเป็นแบบประจำ ทั้งนี้การกำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างจะคำนึงถึงกฎหมายเป็นสำคัญในสถานประกอบการมีจำนวนลูกจ้างที่เป็นแรงงานไทย จำนวน 51 คน ขึ้นไป จำนวนลูกจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าว จำนวน 1-10 คน แรงงานต่างด้าวและแรงงานไทยทำงานประเภทเดียวกัน สาเหตุหลักของการจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าว เนื่องจากค่าจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าวถูกกว่าแรงงานไทย ทัศนคติของผู้ประกอบการโลจิสติกส์ให้ความสำคัญมากกับผลกระทบทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยผลกระทบด้านความมั่นคง และผลกระทบด้านอาชญากรรม ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า เพศ อายุ ลักษณะของสถานประกอบการแตกต่างกันส่งผลให้ทัศนคติของผู้ประกอบการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อผลกระทบของแรงงานต่างด้าวแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

The purpose of this study was to explore the problem of foreign workers in the attitudes of logistics entrepreneurs in Samutprakan Province. Analyze the impact of foreign workers. The questionnaires was used to collect general information. The sample in this study consists of 186 logistics entrepreneurs in Samutprakan Province during 20th-32st March 2015, analyzed the information by a computer program, statistics by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-tests.The study found that most of the logistics entrepreneurs are women aged 31-40 years old, the established is transportation management, 1,000,001-5,000,000 Baht of investments, category of employment is full time staff, the rate of wages shall be defined due to the law, there are more than 51 Thai workers and 1-10 foreign workers in the establishments, foreign and Thai workers do the same category of work, the main reason to employ the foreign workers is the wages for foreign workers is lower than wages for Thai workers. The attitudes of logistics entrepreneurs found that they highly focus on the impact regarding to health, sanitary, security, and crime. The hypothesis testing found that different of gender, age and category of establishments, resulted in different attitudes towards the significance level of 0.05.
