งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาพสะท้อนความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคล และเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลในวรรณกรรมรางวัลยุวศิลปินไทย พ.ศ. 2564-2566 มีขอบเขตคือหนังสือรวมเรื่องสั้นจำนวน 46 เรื่อง และนวนิยายจำนวน 6 เรื่องโดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเอกสารและวิเคราะห์ตัวบทนวนิยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลมี 4 ด้าน 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในครอบครัวและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในสังคม ไม่ว่าเป็นความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลกลุ่มใดจะมีความสัมพันธ์ทั้งที่ดีและไม่ดี ที่ดีมาจากความรัก ความเข้าใจ ความเคารพ การดูแลและความเชื่อใจ ซึ่งกันและกัน หากไม่มีสิ่งต่าง ๆ ดังกล่าว บุคคลย่อมจะเกิดความขัดแย้งกัน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสภาพแวดล้อม บุคคลกับสภาพแวดล้อมมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างใกล้ชิด สภาพแวดล้อมตอบสนองความต้องการวัสดุและสนับสนุนจิตใจให้บุคคล ขณะที่ภูมิปัญญาและการกระทำของมนุษย์ก็ได้มีผลกระทบต่อสภาพแวดล้อมด้วย 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสัตว์ พบว่า บุคคลมีน้ำใจต่อสัตว์เลี้ยงให้ความรัก ความช่วยเหลือ สัตว์เลี้ยงจึงกลายเป็นเพื่อนที่ดีสร้างความสุขให้เจ้าของ 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสังคม พบว่า ความเชื่อ ค่านิยม ประเพณี กฎหมาย และวัฒนธรรมกำหนดพฤติกรรมของบุคคลและในขณะเดียวกันก็ช่วยพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าของบุคคล 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับเทคโนโลยี พบว่า การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ดีจะช่วยสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดระหว่างบุคคลอย่างรวดเร็วและทำให้การสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลสะดวกยิ่งขึ้นด้านปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคล พบว่า ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลมี 4 ด้าน 1) ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล คือ ความสัมพันธ์ห่างเหิน พ่อแม่เข้มงวดมากเกินไป ครูขาดความใส่ใจต่อนักเรียน นักเรียนขาดความไว้วางใจต่อครู คู่รักไม่เชื่อใจกันต่อกัน มีวิถีชีวิตต่างกัน พี่น้องอิจฉาริษยา และการให้ความเชื่อใจกับคนแปลกหน้าง่ายเกินไป 2) ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสภาพแวดล้อม พบว่า ปัญหาบุคคลไม่รักษาธรรมชาติ ความเปลี่ยนแปลงของธรรมชาติสร้างปัญหาให้ชีวิตบุคคล 3) ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสัตว์ พบว่า บุคคลไม่ตั้งใจดูแลสัตว์และทารุณต่อสัตว์ 4) ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสังคม พบว่า ความกดดันจากสังคมทำให้ชีวิตบุคคลเกิดปัญหา ความไม่ยุติธรรมในสังคมทำให้คนได้รับสิทธิไม่เท่ากัน 5) ปัญหาบุคคลกับเทคโนโลยี บุคคลที่ขาดความรู้และความสามารถในการใช้ ส่วนแนวทางแก้ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคล พบว่า แนวทางที่สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างบุคคลมีหลายวิธี ได้แก่ ใช้การสื่อสารที่ดี อดทนต่อปัญหา หลีกหนีปัญหา เพิกเฉย ให้เวลา ให้ความเข้าใจ ลืมความทุกข์และไม่รักษาความสัมพันธ์ ทิ้งและเริ่มต้นชีวิตใหม่ ยอมรับความไม่ดีของผู้อื่น แนวทางแก้ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับธรรมชาติคือ เสียสละตัวเองเพื่อรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม แนวทางที่แก้ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสัตว์คือ ป้องกันก่อนเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาใหม่ การให้ความใส่ใจต่อสัตว์ แนวทางที่แก้ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลกับสังคมคือ ยอมรับและเข้าใจ รับฟังคำแนะนำจากผู้อื่น และการหาสิ่งอื่นทดแทนความสุขที่ขาดหาย
This research aims to analyze reflections, problems and solutions, on the relationship of persons in forty –six short stories and six novels winning the Youth Thai Artist Award, during 2021 – 2023. Documentary and textual analyses are the research methodologies. The research finds five aspects of the relationship of persons, as the following. 1) Relationships between family members and/or public persons, there are both good and bad relationships. The good one derives from the mutual adoration; understanding; respect; caring; and trust. Without the stated attributes, conflicts usually occur. 2) Relationships between persons and the environment, these two parties are closely related. The environment provides materials and mental supports to persons, while human wisdom and conducts unavoidably affect the environment. 3) Relationships between persons and pets, persons are patrons of their pets, providing love and supports; this makes pets the blissful friends of persons. 4) Relationships between persons and social factors, namely beliefs; values; traditions; laws; and culture, all form behaviors of persons. Meanwhile, all factors make persons advanced. 5) Relationships between persons and technology, applying of good technology makes relationships between persons closer and interpersonal communication more convenient. For problems and solutions of the relationship of persons, four aspects are observed, as the following. 1) Interpersonal problems, including the remote feeling; strictness of parents on children; inattentive teachers toward students, students don't trust a teachers; untrustworthy lovers with different lifestyles; envious siblings; and naivety with strangers. 2) Problems between persons and the environment, including persons regardless of the nature; and the climate change causing problems for persons. 3) Problems between persons and pets, including declining of caring and bullying pets. 4) Problems between persons and social factors, including social stresses causing problems to persons; social injustice causing inequality among persons. 5) Problems between persons and technology, namely illiteracy of technology of persons. For resolutions responding to problems found, the following is suggested. Dealing relationships between persons, various conducts proposed include good communication; problems toleration; avoiding problems; indifference; giving time; making understanding; forgetting griefs; cutting bad relationships; getting new starts; and accepting wrongs of others. For relationships between persons and the nature, practices of personal sacrifice are required for conservation of the environment. For relationships between persons and pets, problems prevention and caring of pets should be processed. For relationships between persons and social factors, acceptance and understanding the outer factors; getting suggestions from others; and acquiring substitutions for the lost blessing are suggested.
