การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการใช้งานคู่มือปฏิบัติงานนําเที่ยว กรณีศึกษา : การฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการท่องเที่ยว คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้งานคู่มือฝึกปฏิบัติงานนําเที่ยว ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การสุ่มแบบเจาะจง คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 ชายและหญิง จํานวน 38 คนและมัคคุเทศก์ที่ปรึกษา จํานวน 2 คน จําแนกเป็นชุดปฏิบัติงานใน 3 เส้นทาง ได้แก่ เส้นทางที่ 1 จํานวน 12 คน เส้นทางที่ 2 จํานวน 13 คนและเส้นทางที่ 3 จํานวน 13 คน แต่ละชุดประกอบด้วย มัคคุเทศก์หลัก ผู้ประสานงาน ผู้นําทางและ สวัสดิการ ทั้งหมดปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันโดยใช้คู่มือขนาดเล็กที่กําหนดตําแหน่งหน้าที่ ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานและ การจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินแจกจ่ายให้นักศึกษาแต่ละคน การเก็บข้อมูลใช้เครื่องมือ คือ 1) แบบสอบถาม แบบมีโครงสร้างกับชุดปฏิบัติงานนําเที่ยว 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์กับมัคคุเทศก์ที่ปรึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมคํานวณสถิติพื้นฐานเปรียบเทียบโดยวิธีจับคู่แบบทดสอบรายข้อ (Paired – Samples t test) จํานวน 12 ข้อ ทั้งก่อนและภายหลังการใช้คู่มือ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าชุดปฏิบัติงานนําเที่ยวทั้ง 3 เส้นทางและ มัคคุเทศก์ที่ปรึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อคู่มือปฏิบัติงานโดยทุกข้อคําถามมีค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มมากขึ้นหลังการใชืงานเมื่อ เปรียบเทียบกันและเห็นว่าคู่มือดังกล่าวช่วยให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างความมั่นใจ แก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานเป็นอย่างดีมีข้อคําถามตรงกันจํานวน 4 ข้อระบุว่าคู่มือดังกล่าวช่วยให้จดจําขั้นตอนและ ขอบเขตงานแต่ละตําแหน่งสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This study aims to compare the usage of the tour guide operation manual. The population is 38 male and female 3rd year students and 2 consultant guides. The sample used a specific random sampling. Divided in 3 operation teams to 3 routes: Route 1, 12 people, Route 2, 13 people, and Route 3, 13 people. Each team contains main guide, coordinator, navigator and welfare officers all work together. All operate using a small manual that defines operator duties, operating procedures and situations emergency management, is distributed to each student. Data were collected by using two types of tools: 1) a structured questionnaire performed with a group of students working on a tour; 2) an interview form with consultant guides. Data analysis uses a basic statistical calculation program and compared by paired test method (Paired – Samples t test) number of 12 items, both before and after using the manual. The results showed that the students and consultant guides were satisfied with the manual, which all questions had an average increase when comparing. The manual helped to work effectively and build the confidence in the operators. There were 4 matching questions indicating that the manual helped memorize the procedure and understand the scope of work statistically significant at the 0.05.
