การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพแม่พิมพ์โดยเทคนิคการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันกรณีศึกษาผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา

Abstract

บริษัทกรณีศึกษาประกอบธุรกิจผลิตกะทะล้อเหล็กรถยนต์ ในกระบวนการปั๊มขึ้นรูปดุมล้อ แม่พิมพ์ส่วนใหญ่ผ่านการใช้งานผลิต อายุเฉลี่ย 5 ปี เมื่อนำแม่พิมพ์มาทำการผลิต เกิดปัญหาแม่พิมพ์ ขัดข้อง ต้องหยุดสายการผลิตเพื่อทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไข ทำให้ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตไม่ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่ บริษัทตั้งไว้ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพแม่พิมพ์ด้วยเทคนิคการซ่อม บำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน โดยแนวทางการศึกษาเริ่มจากการเก็บข้อมูลรายงานการผลิตปัญหาการขัดข้อง ของแม่พิมพ์ปั๊มดุมล้อรถยนต์ในบริษัทกรณีศึกษา และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากแม่พิมพ์ปั๊มดุมล้อรถยนต์ที่มี ประวัติการขัดข้อง ในระหว่างเดือนเมษายนถึงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2556 ทำการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ ปัญหา และเลือก Model ที่เกิดปัญหาสูงสุดเป็นตัวอย่างกรณีศึกษา จากการศึกษาพบว่าก่อนการปรับปรุง ในเดือนตุลาคม ถึงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2556 เกิดความขัดข้องของแม่พิมพ์ขึ้น 6 ครั้ง เวลาสูญเสียจากการ ขัดข้องของแม่พิมพ์เกิดขึ้นรวม 317 นาที ค่าเฉลี่ยอัตราความพร้อมใช้งานของแม่พิมพ์ปั๊มเท่ากับ 99.47% ผู้วิจัยได้นำระบบบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันมาใช้ทำการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่ผิดปกติของแม่พิมพ์แต่ ละขั้นตอน ทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไข จัดทำมาตรฐานกำหนดความถี่ในการตรวจเช็ค แผนการซ่อมบำรุงรักษา แม่พิมพ์ปั๊มเชิงป้องกันแบบประจำเดือน และใช้แบบฟอร์มใบตรวจเช็คสภาพแม่พิมพ์ หลังจากที่ได้ดำเนิน กิจกรรมระบบการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันในโรงงานกรณีศึกษาพบว่า ในเดือนธันวาคม 2556 ถึงเดือน มกราคม 2557 จำนวนครั้งการเกิดความขัดข้องของแม่พิมพ์เกิดขึ้น 3 ครั้ง ลดลงจากเดิม 3 ครั้ง คิดเป็น 50% เวลาสูญเสียจากการขัดข้องของแม่พิมพ์เกิดขึ้นรวม 70 นาที ลดลงจากเดิม 247 นาที คิดเป็น 77.92% ค่าเฉลี่ยอัตราความพร้อมใช้งานของแม่พิมพ์ปั๊มเท่ากับ 99.83% เพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิม 0.36%

A firm in this case study produces car steel rims. In the process of hub casting, the majority of molds have been operated for five years averagely. When using the molds in the producing process, these molds failed and caused manufacturing line terminated for repairs. As a consequence, the efficient production miss-matched to the firm's goals. This research study aimed to elevate the molds' potentials by using "preventive maintenance" technique. The study track initiated at data collecting based on the production report of the dysfunction of the molds in this firm. Then, random of the molds (with the malfunction background) occurred. From April until November 2013, major problems were sorted out. Finding suggested that there were six times of the molds' dysfunction before adjusting periods of October-November 2013; time loss of mold dysfunction was 317 minutes. The availability average rate of the molds was 99.47%. The researcher proposed the "preventive maintenance" system in order to study/analyze for dysfunctional causes of the molds in each step: repairing, creating standards for frequency in inspecting, monthly mold "preventive maintenance" plans, and mold-inspecting form. After maneuvering the "preventive maintenance" system in the factory, this case study found that from December 2013 until January 2014, the frequent rate of mold dysfunction was three times or 50% (three times decreasing). Time loss of the malfunction was 70 minutes or 77.92% (247 minutes decreasing). The availability average rate of the molds was 99.83% (0.36% increasing).
