งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อตรวจสอบการตกค้างของสารเคมีฆ่าแมลงในกลุ่มออร์กาโนฟอสเฟตและคาร์บาเมตในตัวอย่างผักจากตลาดสดและผักปลอดสารพิษจากห้างสรรพสินค้าที่จำหน่ายในพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบความปลอดภัยของผักตัวอย่าง โดยการทดลองใช้ชุดทดสอบ เอ็ม เจ พี เค ตรวจสอบการตกค้างของสารเคมีฆ่าแมลงในกลุ่มออร์กาโนฟอสเฟตและคาร์บาเมตในผักตัวอย่าง 5 ชนิด คือ ผักคะน้า ถั่วฝักยาว พริกสด แตงกวาและมะเขือ จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 225 ตัวอย่าง จากผักที่จำหน่ายในตลาดสดจำนวน 200 ตัวอย่าง และผักปลอดสารพิษซึ่งจำหน่ายในห้างสรรพสินค้า จำนวน 25 ตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยด้วยชุดทดสอบพบว่า มีการตกค้างของสารเคมีกลุ่มออร์กาโนฟอสเฟตและคาร์บาเมต ในผักตัวอย่างจากทั้ง 2 แหล่ง อยู่ในระดับที่ไม่ปลอดภัยค่อนข้างสูงคือ 194 ตัวอย่าง (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.22) โดยเป็นผักจากตลาดสอ 173 ตัวอย่าง และจากผักปลอดสารพิษจากห้างสรรพสินค้า 21 ตัวอย่าง จากผลการทดลองพบว่า แตงกวาและมะเขือเปราะมีการตรวจพบสารเคมีตกค้างในระดับที่ไม่ปลอดภัยมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.56 ของจำนวนตัวอย่างแตงกวาและมะเขอเปราะ ที่นำมาตรวจสอบ ส่วนถั่วฝักยาว คะน้า และพริกสด ตรวจพบระดับสารเคมีในระดับที่ไม่ปลอดภัยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.67, 80.00 และ 73.33 ของตัวอย่งที่เก็บมาตามลำดับ และพบว่าชนิดของผักทั้งสองแหล่งมีสารเคมีฆ่าแมลงในกลุ่มออร์กาโนฟอสเฟตและคาร์บาเมตตกค้างในระดับไม่ปลอดภัยที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to investigate the organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues between vegetable from local markets and department stores in Samutprakarn province and compare in term of safety. The experiment was done by MJPK Test Kit, that specific with organophosphate and carbamate pesiticide residues in 5 kinds of vegetable (kale, yard long bean, chilli, cucumber and pea aubergine). The total samples were 225 samples, which 200 samples were collected from local market and 25 samples were pesticide residue free vegetables collected from the department store. The result found the organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables both of two sources. The 194 samples contain pesticide residues at high insecurity (82.22%), that 173 samples from the local market and 21 samples were pesticide residue free vegetables from department store. The kinds of vegetables were found a chemical pesticide residues at high insecurity level were cucumber and pea aubergine (95.56% of cucumber and pea aubergine). And Yard log been, kale and chilli were 86.67, 80.00 and 73.33, respectively. The kind of vegetables from two sources had not different of the organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues.
