ภาพสะท้อนสังคมไทยในนวนิยายที่ได้รับรางวัลนายอินทร์อะวอร์ด พ.ศ. 2549-2555

Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาพสะท้อนสังคมไทยจากนวนิยายที่ได้รับรางวัลนายอินทร์อะวอร์ด พ.ศ. 2549-2555 จำนวน 4 เรื่อง ได้แก่ มหาสมุด ในรูปเงา กรงมนุษย์ และรังเลือด และนำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาพสะท้อนสังคมไทยในนวนิยายสะท้อนให้เห็นสภาพชีวิตของคนในสังคมเมืองและคนในสังคมชนบท คือ 1) คนในสังคมเมืองมีที่อยู่อาศัยคับแคบ เป็นคอนโดมีเนียม ตึกแถว และบ้านเดี่ยวที่มีพื้นที่จำกัด ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้าง ซื้ออาหารมารับประทาน คนในเมืองพักผ่อนโดยหาความบันเทิงหลังจากเสร็จงาน และทำกิจกรรมเพื่อพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ 2) คนในสังคมชนบทมีที่อยู่อาศัยเป็นของตนเอง ดำรงชีวิตอย่างเรียบง่ายและพึ่งพาธรรมชาติ ประกอบอาชีพทำไร่ ทำนา หาความบันเทิงด้วยการทำกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้าน อิทธิพลของนวนิยายที่ไดัรับนายอินทร์อะวอร์ดที่มีต่อผู้อ่านในด้าน 1) การให้ข้อคิดเกี่ยวกับคุณธรรมของคนไทย ได้แก่ ความเอื้อเฟื้อ ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ความกตัญญู 2) ด้านการปลูกฝังค่านิยมการดำเนินชีวิต ได้แก่ การประกอบอาชีพ การศึกษา การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การมีอิสระในชีวิตตนเอง 3) ด้านการให้ความบันเทิงใจ โดยการใช้ภาษา ได้แก่ การใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ การใช้ภาษาถิ่นและการใช้ภาพพจน์

This purpose of this research was to analyze the protrayal of Thai society reflected from Naiin-Award winning novels during 2006-2012 (B.E. 2549-2555). The study employed the descriptive analysis approach upon the contents of four novels: Mahasamud (The Ocean), Nai-Roob-Ngao (In the Shadow's Shape), Krong-Manud (Human Cage), and Rang-Lued (Bloody Island). The result of the study showed that the novels have depicted the livelihood of people both in urban society and rural society. The urbanites live in the very small and limited residences, which can be divided into three main categories: condominium, tenement house, and detached house. People's civiv lifestyle fits into the tendency to work in the service careers. As time becomes sparse, they fall into a convenient-loving temperature seen in their haits of eating out, buying instant food, and seeking entertainment for relaxation after work. On the contary, those rustics reside in a detached and independent house far from other villagers and novel advancement. Their living place and workplace are almost overlapped, as they are farming on the same land on which they dwell. The bucolic ways of living are simple and close to nature: they plant crops which become their food. These people love doing activities for their entertainment but these amusement pursuits are not still separated from nature and natural lifestyle. Effect of novel won Preview this Award to the reader in terms of 1) The insights on the merits of the Thailand include courtesy, honesty and piety. 2) The values instilled lifestyle including occupation, education, human relations, and the freesom in my own life. 3) For the enjoyment by using the language include the use of a foreign language use of dialect and use of image.
