วิถีชีวิตของคนไทยสังคมเมืองที่สะท้อนผ่านในรายการโทรทัศน์ "วัฒนธรรมชุบแป้งทอด"

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์วิถีชีวิตของคนไทยและเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ปัญหาสังคมจากรายการโทรทัศน์ "วัฒนธรรมชุบแป้งทอด" โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาในรายการโทรทัศน์ที่ออกอากาศทางสถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง Thai PBS ในปี พ..ศ. 2556 จำนวน 63 ตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านวิถีชีวิตของคนไทย มีหลายๆ ด้าน 1) ชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ เมืองไทยเป็นสถานที่ที่มีคนพักผ่อนอาศัยผสมกันด้วยมีคนหลายเชื้อชาติและสัญชาติ คนไทยใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในห้างสรรพสินค้าได้อย่างมีความสุขและสนุกสนาน ครอบครัวมีการยอมรับความรักของคนเพศเดียวกันมากขึ้น คนไทยส่วนมากชอบใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวมากกว่ารถสาธารณะ ขี่จักรยาน การเดินไปมามากขึ้น คนไทยใช้วิธีการสื่อสารสมัยใหม่มากขึ้น เช่น การใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต และการเล่นเกมในโทรศัพท์มือถือ คนไทยนิยมเลี้ยงสัตว์ รู้สึกรักและผูกพันกับสัตว์เลี้ยงมาก เวลาว่างก็เดินทางท่องเที่ยว คนไทยเริ่มดูแลสุขภาพตนเองด้วยการออกกำลังกาย คนไทยมีอาชีพหลากหลาย แต่ละอาชีพมีความสำคัญต่อสังคม คนไทยคำนึงถึงการคุ้มครองสิ่งแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติมากขึ้น 2) ค่านิยม คนไทยนิยมเสี่ยงโชคซื้อลอตเตอรี่ นิยมใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตในชีวิตประจำวัน 3) ความเชื่อคนไทยเชื่อเรื่อง "หมอดู" และเรื่อง "ผี" มาก 4) วัฒนธรรมคนไทยชอบดื่มกาแฟและขามากขึ้น นิยมกินอาหารรสหวาน 5) ประเพณี คนไทยมีจิตใจที่งดงามยังคงยึดมั่นในประเพณีทำบุญตักบาตรและให้ความสำคัญกับประเพณีการแต่งงาน ด้านปัญหาสังคมพบว่า มีปัญหาสังคมเพิ่มขึ้นหลายปัญหา เช่น ปัญหาครอบครัว ปัญหาสุขภาพ ปัญหาในการทำงาน ปัญหารถติด ปัญหาคอร์รัปชั่น ปัญหาการไม่อ่านหนังสือ ปัญหาความรุนแรง ปัญหาการพึ่งพาอินเทอร์เน็ตมากเกินไป ปัญหาการให้ความสำคัญกับเงินมากเกินไป ปัญหาสังคมผู้สูงอายุ ปัญหาการขาดความเข้าใจในประชาธิปไตย ปัญหาหนี้สิ้น ปัญหาความยากจน เป็นต้น โดยนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ปัญหาสังคมหลายแนวทาง เช่น การสร้างความรับผิดชอบต่อตัวเอง การช่วยเหลือสังคม การไม่ "คอร์รัปชั่น" การสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีต่อสังคม เป็นต้น

This research aimed to analyze Thai ways of life and solutions for social problems presented in the Watanatham Chuppangtod television program, broadcasting through Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai PBS) in 2013. Sixty-three episodes of the program wer studied. Relating to Thai ways of life, it was found that 1) Thai society consisted of citizen of various races and nationalitiesl depertment stores were spaces that Thai people jpyfully spent their time; homesexual love was progressively accepted in families; private cars were popular used more than public transportation or bicyles or walking; Thai people increasingly accessed modern technology, such as internet or mobile gamesl pets were popularly kept and got a lot of affections; travelling was an usual recreation; exercising was performed as a way of a healthy life; professions were various and essential to the society; natural conservation was increasingly a public concern 2) Social values-most Thai people expected a sudden fortune, so they preferred buying lotteries; also, the ability of accessing internet was one current value 3) Beliefs-fortunetelling and ghosts were two most found beliefs. 4) Taste-drinking coffee or tea and eating dessert were broadly popular. 5) Traditions-Thai people liked giving alms to monks and prioritized the wedding ceremony. Regarding to social problems, various issues were found, relating to family; health; workingl traffic jam; corruption; less reading; violence; internet addiction; greed for money; elders; lacking of knowledge of democracy; high debts; and poverty. Various solutions of the problems were proposed, for example cultivating self-responsibility; promoting social assistance; preventing corruption; and creating positive social mood.
