การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการเช่ารถยก (Forklift) ในที่นี้หมายถึง ปัจจัย 7 ข้อ ตามทฤษฎีว่าด้วยกลยุทธ์ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด (7 P's of Marketing) ได้แก่ ด้าน ผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจำหน่าย ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านบุคลากรหรือ พนักงาน ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และด้านกระบวนการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ใช้บริการเช่ารถยก (Forklift) จำนวน 200 ราย สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ ดำเนินธุรกิจประเภทสินค้าอุปโภคและบริโภค มีทุนจดทะเบียน 5,000,000-50,000,000 บาท พนักงานตำแหน่งฝ่ายจัดซื้อ อยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล ด้านพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้บริการ พบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่ทำสัญญาเช่ารถยก ระยะเวลา 6 เดือน มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริการอยู่ที่ 100,001-1,000,000 บาทต่อปี เหตุผลการเลือกใช้ บริการคือความเหมาะกับสภาพการใช้งาน ความถี่ในการใช้บริการซ่อมบำรุง เดือนละ 1-10 ครั้ง รู้จักบริษัทฯ โดยมีผู้แนะนำ ด้านปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการรถยก พบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการเช่ารถยก ส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญของภาพลักษณ์และความน่าเชื่อถือของบริษัทฯ สรุปได้ว่าจากการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการเช่ารถยก (Forklift) ทั้ง 7 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจำหน่าย ด้านการส่งเสริม การตลาด ด้านบุคลากรหรือพนักงาน ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และด้านกระบวนการ ผลความ คิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการเช่ารถยก ส่วนใหญ่ มีความเห็นเท่า ๆ กันทั้ง 7 ปัจจัย จึงนำมาใช้เป็นแนวทาง ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพของการบริการเช่ารถยกให้เกิดมาตรฐานที่ดียิ่งขึ้น
This study of factors affecting the selection of forklift rental-service providers means is based on the theory of the 7 P's of marketing, including product, price, place, promotion, people, physical environment and process. The survey was conducted on 200 rental-service clients. From the survey in percentage, mean and standard deviation. According to the survey, majority of the samples were the purchasing manager of the company with registered capital of 5-50 million baths in Bangkok and metropolitan area. The decision in selecting providers way made upon, if the providers ability to offer the proper forklift for the job, ability to provide maintenance service as frequency as the need (vary from 1-10 times per month), Trust recommended by reliable source. From the study, The Factors that influence the decision to buy a forklift rental-service all the 7 factors including product pricing, sales channels, promotion, personnel and staff, physical environment and process are concluded. All the 7 factors must together used as a guide in the developing improving to be equally important the quality of service forklifts for a better standard.
