ความแตกต่างของแก็ส LPG และแก๊ส NGV

Abstract

ปัจจุบันแก๊สที่ใช้สำหรับรถยนต์มี 2 ชนิด คือ แก๊สแอลพีจีและแก๊สเอ็นจีวี ซึ่งแก๊สทั้งสองชนิดมีคุณสมบัติที่แตกต่างกัน เช่น แก๊สแอลพีจีจะหนักกว่า อากาศ ในขณะที่แก๊สเอ็นจีวีเบากว่าอากาศ เมื่อแก๊สเหล่านี้เกิดการรั่วไหลออกมา จะพบว่า แก๊สแอลพีจีจะอยู่บริเวณพื้นด้านล่างแต่แก๊สเอ็นจีวีจะกระจายตัวขึ้นที่สูง นอกจากนี้ ยังแตกต่างกันในด้านค่าความร้อน ค่าแรงดัน ค่าออเทน เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้เมื่อนำคุณสมบัติของแก๊สเปรียบเทียบกับน้ำมัน พบว่า แก๊สมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับเชื้อเพลิง น้ำมันประกอบราคาของแก๊สถูกกว่านำมันอย่างชัดเจน จึงทำให้เมื่อแก๊สมาเป็นเชื้อเพลิงแทนน้ำมัน พบว่า ค่าใช้จ่ายจะลดลงร้อยละ 50-70 ดังนั้น เมื่อแก๊สใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงแทนน้ำมันจึงมีความจำเป็นต้องศึกษาคุณสมบัติทั่วไป ประโยชน์การนำมาใช้ ข้อควรระวังและความปลอดภัยของแก๊สทั้งสองชนิดเมื่อเทียบกับน้ำมัน

Current gas used in vehicles is of two types the LPG and NGV gas. Both these gases have different features such as, LPG gas is heavier while NGV gas is higher than air. These occurred when these gases leaked LPG gas is found to be above the ground but NGV gas disperses into the higher ground. They also differ in terms of the heating value, vapor pressure, octane number ect. When compared between oil and gas properties was found that gas is equivalent fuel efficiency. Addition, the price of gas was cheaper than oil. Therefore, when gas is used as fuel instead oil, the cost will be reduced from 50 to 70 percent. So it is necessary to study the properties of general precaution and safety of the two types of gas compared to oil.
