ความเครียดเป็นปรากฏการณ์หนึ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในระหว่างการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทางคลินิกซึ่งการให้เกิดผลกระทบทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ อารมณ์ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ ดังนั้น การแสวงหาความรู้ในเรื่องของความเครียดเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ การศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับความเครียดในครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาการวิจัยชนิดพรรณนาโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารับรู้ความเครียด ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียด และการจัดการกับความเครียดของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติในการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลบนหอผู้ป่วย โดดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 9 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเนื้อหาข้อมูล (content analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปออกมาได้ 4 ประเด็น คือ ความหมายของความเครียด ผลของความเครียด ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียด และการจัดการกับความเครียดในเรื่องของความหมายของความเครียด ผู้ให้ข้อมูลอธิบายว่าความเครียด คือ ความไม่สบายใจ และการไม่มีความสุข ซึ่งกดดันทำให้ขาดสติในการทำงาน และก่อให้เกิดความรู้สึกวิตกกังวล ท้อแท้ สิ้นหวัง และเบื่อที่จะทำงานส่วนผลของความเครียดนั้น ผู้ให้ข้อมูลอธิบายผลของความเครียดออกเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ ร่างกาย อารมณ์ ความคิด และสังคม ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดความเครียดพบว่าข้อมูลที่ได้สามารถจัดหมวดหมู่ได้ 4 ด้าน ด้วยกัน คือ บุคคลกิจกรรม และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย การเรียนการสอน และความพร้อม ส่วนประเด็นสุดท้ายนั้นนักศึกษาพยาบาลผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีการจัดการความเครียด 2 ลักษณะ คือ การจัดการกับความเครียดโดยพึ่งตนเอง และการจัดการความเครียดโดยพึ่งพาผู้อื่น การวิจัยในครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ในการปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอนและการป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาสุขภาพแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อไป
Stress is a phenomenon, which could occur nursing care in clinical practice. It may impact on physically, psychologically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Therefore, searching for any empirical knowledge on stress is important. This descriptive research study is related with stress by using qualitative method. The objectives of this study are to study the perception of stress, factors including stress, and stress management of the third year nursing students in Huachiew Chalermprakiet university during practicing nursing care in clinical practical. There were 9 nursing student participants. In-depth interview and semi-structured interview had been used. All data has been analyzed by using content analysis. This study finding indicated four themes, which were the meaning of stress, the impacts of stress, the factor inducing stress, and the stress management. These nursing student participants defined the meaning of stress as being uncomfortable, unhappy, pressured which made them not concentrated on their works and induced anxiety, desperation, and boredom. The impacts of stress theme which found in this study, were four aspects, such as physical, emotional, mental, and social impacts. The factors inducing stress theme composed of four facets, which were personal, activity assignments, teaching, and readiness. Finally, stress management theme, which were found into two aspects such as stress, management depend on oneself, and on others. This research study would be beneficial for improving teaching and protecting health problem of nursing students from stress.
