ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เหตุจูงใจในการเข้าศึกษา ความพึงพอใจด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาวิชาการ ความพึงพอใจต่อวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีและความผูกพันต่อสถาบัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน 1,131 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multi Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา ตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พบว่า 1. ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจต่อวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี เหตุจูงใจในการเข้าศึกษา ความพึงพอใจต่อสภาพแวดล้อม และความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาวิชาการกับความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .437, .470, .542 และ . 543 ตามลำดับ 2. ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาวิชาการ เหตุจูงใจในการเข้าศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี ความพึงพอใจต่อสภาพแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ สามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาวิชาการเป็นตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันได้ร้อยละ 29.50 เมื่อเพิ่มตัวแปรเหตุจูงใจในการเข้าศึกษา ความพึงพอใจต่อวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีและความพึงพอใจต่อสภาพแวดล้อม จะสามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันได้เพิ่มขึ้นอีกร้อยละ 4.60, 1.90 และ 1.10 ตามลำดับ เมื่อรวมตัวแปรพยากรณ์ทั้ง 4 ตัวเข้าด้วยกันแล้ว สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ได้ร้อยละ 37.10 โดยมีความคลาดเคลื่อนของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 7.690 3. สมการที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ 3.1 สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนดิบ คือ ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษา = 1.322+0.247 (ความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาวิชาการ) + 0.188 (เหตุจูงใจในการศึกษา) 0.108 (ความพึงพอใจต่อวัฒนธรรมและประเพร๊) + 0.128 (ความพึงพอใจต่อสภาพแวดล้อม) 3.2 สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ ความผูกพันต่อสถาบันของนักศึกษา = 0.260 (ความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาวิชาการ + 0.191 (เหตุจูงใจในการศึกษา) + 0.144 (ความพึงพอใจต่อวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี) + 0.126 (ความพึงพอใจต่อสภาพแวดล้อม)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the attachment of the Huachiew Chalermprakiet University to their university regarding to their personal attributes, the motivation to university admission, their satisfaction to the environment, academic development, culture and traditions and commitment to the university. The subjects were 1,131 students of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The questionnaire was used the statistic used for data analysis was Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The factors that were statistically significant to student' attachment of the Huachiew Chalermprakiet University were culture and traditions, the motivation to university admission, their satisfaction to the environment and academic development (.437, .470, .542 and .543 respectively) 2. The satisfaction of academic development, motivation to university admission, culture and tradition and environment were statistically significantly able to predict the students' attachment of the Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The satisfaction of academic develpoment was able to predict the students' attachment of the Huachiew Chalermprakiet University 29.50% and if with their motivation to university admission, increased 4.60% with the satisfaction to culture and tradition increased 1.90% and with the satisfaction to environment increased 1.10%. All above variables were able to predict the students attachment of the Huachiew Chalermprakiet 37.10% with statistical error with 7,690. 3. The equations that satistically significant predicted students attachment of the Huachiew Chalermprakiet University at .01 level were 3.1 In term of raw scores: Students organizational attachment = 1.332 + 0.247 (academic developmental satisfaction) + 0.188 (the motivation to university admission = 0.108 (culture and traditional satisfaction) + 0.128 (environmental satisfaction) 3.2 In term of standard scores: Student's organizational attachment = 0.260 (academic developmental satisfaction) + 0.191 (the motivation to university admission) + 0.144 (culture and traditional satisfaction) + 0.126 (environmental satisfaction).
