รูปแบบวิธีการและประสิทธิภาพของการสื่อสารของอาจารย์เพื่อลดพฤติกรรมการใช้ความรุนแรงของนักศึกษา : กรณีนักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (วิทยาเขตพระนครเหนือ)

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) แนวปรากฏการณ์วิทยา (Phenomenology Study) โดยให้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับความหมายในทัศนะของผู้ที่ได้รับประสบการณ์นั้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบ วิธีการ และประสิทธิภาพของการสื่อสารของอาจารย์ที่ส่งผลต่อการลดพฤติกรรมการใช้ความรุนแรงของนักศึกษา : กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (วิทยาเขตพระนครเหนือ) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีลักษณะและมีประสบการณ์ในเหตุการณ์เหมือนกัน ซึ่งบุคคลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาที่ีพฤติกรรมการใช้ความรุนแรง เพื่อนสนิทของนักศึกษาที่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้ความรุนแรง อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาของนักศึกษาที่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้ความรุนแรง และอาจารย์ฝ่ายปกครองจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 19 คน การทำงานวิจัยเรื่องนี้ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกด้วยการใช้เทคนิค Snowball Sampling ซึ่งเป็นการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยอาศัยการแนะนำต่อๆ กันไป ผู้วิจัยไม่ได้ติดต่อกลุ่มตัวอย่างในเบื้องต้น แต่จะถามจากผู้มีความรู้ในเรื่องความรุนแรง เมื่อได้ชื่อใครมาสักคนหนึ่ง ก็จะถามคนนั้นแบบเดียวกันต่อไปเรื่อยจนกว่าข้อมูลที่ได้มานั้น ไม่มีข้อมูลใดมาเพิ่มเติมอีก ในกรณีบุคคล คือ จนกว่าไม่มีชื่อบุคคลอื่นใดเพิ่มขึ้นมาอีก โดยระยะเวลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม - ธันวาคม 2554 ทำการเก็บข้อมูล 30 สัปดาห์ๆ ละ 3 วันๆ ละ 5 ชั่วโมง ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. รูปแบบการสื่อสารที่อาจารย์นำมาใช้ในการสื่อสารกับนักศึกษามี 4 รูปแบบ คือ รูปแบบการสื่อสารกลุ่มใหญ่ (Mass Communication) รูปแบบการสื่อสารเฉพาะเจาะจง (Specific Communication) รูปแบบการสื่อสารแบบกิจกรรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ (Activity Group Communication) และรูปแบบการผสมผสาน (Integration Communication) ที่นำเอารูปบบการสื่อสารทั้ง 3 รูปแบบมาใช้รวมกันซึ่งรูปแบบการสื่อสารที่อาจารย์ใช้มากที่สุด คือ รูปแบบการสื่อสารแบบกลุ่มใหญ่ (Mass Communication) เพราะสามารถสื่อสารกับนักศึกษาได้จำนวนมากที่สุด ในเรื่องเดียวกันและเวลาเดียวกัน 2. วิธีการสื่อสารที่อาจารย์นำมาใช้ในการสื่อสารกับนักศึกษา มีดังนี้ คือ การสื่อสารแบบโน้มน้าวใจการนำกิจกรรมกลุ่มเข้ามาช่วยในการทำการสื่อสาร การนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ เช่น โทรศัพท์มือถือ อินเตอร์เน็ต และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เช่น Hi5 และ Facebook เป็นต้น 3. ประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบของการสื่อสารที่สามารถลดพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวและการใช้ความรุนแรงของนักศึกษาที่อาจารย์มีความเห็นว่าใช้ได้ผลมากที่สุด คือ การสื่อสารแบบผสมผสานโดยการนำเอารูปแบบการสื่อสารทุกรูปแบบ มาประยุกต์เข้าด้วยกัน ภายใต้กรอบเวลาและกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสม โดยอาศัยความไว้วางใจระหว่างบุคคลเป็นสำคัญ ข้อแนะนำในการนำผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ มีดังนี้ 1. รูปแบบการสื่อสารทุกรูปบบนั้นต้องให้ความสำคัญกับการสื่อสารแบบสองทาง (Two-way Communication) ต้องไม่ใช่เป็นเพียงการสื่อสารของฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งเพียงฝ่ายเดียว ต้องเปิดใจ และเปิดโอกาสฟังความคิดเห็นของทุกฝ่าย 2. การทำการสื่อสารต้องเป็นเรื่องที่เป็นปัจจุบัน ใกล้ตัวกับผู้ฟังมากที่สุด และต้องเป็นเรื่องที่ผู้ฟังทุกคนรับรู้ หรือมีความรู้ในเหตุการณ์นั้นร่วมกัน 3. การทำการสื่อสารด้วยการข่มขู่ หรือนำเอาเรื่องของการลงโทษมาเป็นเงื่อนไขเป็นสิ่งที่ต้องระวังให้มาก เพราะพื้นฐานและประสบการณ์ของนักศึกษาแต่ละคนแตกต่างกันไป 4. การทำการสื่อสารด้วยเทคนิค และการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันระหว่างนักศึกษากับเพื่อนนักศึกษานั้น อาจารย์ต้องพยายามสังเกตว่าในระหว่างเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษามีความสนุกและมีความชอบในกิจกรรมนั้นหรือไม่ เพราะกิจกรรมที่ดีต้องสามารถสร้างความสนุกก่อให้เกิดความสามัคคีและต้องไม่มีการบังคับให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

This study was a qualitative research which is called Phenomenology study, focusing on the perspective of those who experience. The aim of this research was to study the forms, methods, and effectiveness in teachers to reduce the violent behaviors of students: a case study of engineering students, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (North Campus). The sample group of this research had characteristics and experiences from the same event. The samples were students with behavior are violence, friends, advisor and administrative teachers. A total of 19 interviews were interviewed. This research used Snowball Sampling technical. The process of snowball sampling is much like asking your subjects to nominate another person with the same trait as your next subject. The researcher then observes the nominated subjects and continues in the same way until the obtainig sufficient number of subjects and for the people is untile the obtaining sufficient number of name of people. With Snowball Sampling technical the researcher would not contact those sampling group directly. The study was from January - December 2011, 5 hours per day, 3 days per week, and totally 30 weeks. The Results can be summarized as follows: 1. There are 4 types of communication forms that used by teachers. As the following information: Mass Communication, Specific Communication, Activity Group Communication, and Integration Communication which combines with all forms of the application together. The form of munication that teachers used the most is Mass Communication, because it could communicate with the greatest number of students in the same subject at the same time. 2. Methods used to communicate with students were Persuasive communication techniques combined with activities and used modern technology tools such as Mobile phone, Internet, and social network for example Hi5 and Facebook. 3. The effectiveness in communication to reduce the violent behaviors of students of teacher's opinion is Integration Communication, combining with all forms of the application togethers, adapt with time frame and manner, based on the trust between the students and teachers. Suggestions from this research are as follow: 1. Every forms of communication must focus on Two-Way communication. Requiring all parties participate and during communication try to listen varieties of opinions with open mind. 2. Requiring the present story and the topic should be close to the audience as possible, because communication need to concern the audience's perception or knowledge of the event together in every single communication. 3. To make communication with bullying or fix the terms of the sanctions. It is to be very careful beacuse of each student's background and experience varies. 4. To make communication techniques and activities between students with fellow students and teachers. Have to notice that during students activities are fun and passion in the things they do. We need to create a fun and bring harmmony, but must not be forced students to participate.
