ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์และสวัสดิการสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะ สังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์และสวัสดิการสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษา เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นคุณธรรมจริยธรรม โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 158 คน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้จำนวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ โดยใช้การคำนวณหาค่าความถี่แบบแจกแจง 2 ทาง (Crosstabs) และหาค่าความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ Chi-Square ผลการศึกษามีดังนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 20.29 ปี จ านวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว 1-5 คน บุคคลที่ให้การสนับสนุนด้านการศึกษาคือ บิดามารดา รายได้เฉลี่ย 5,001-10,000 บาทต่อเดือน มีรายได้เพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่ายและไม่มีปัญหาครอบครัว ปัญหาการเรียนพบมากที่สุด คือ ไม่รู้จะเริ่มจากอะไรและไม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเพียงพอ ความต้องการด้านการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด คือ เทคนิคการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ผลการเรียนส่วนใหญ่ได้เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.01-3.00 กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ในชั้นเรียน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.6 และเคยมีพฤติกรรมไม่ซื่อสัตย์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.4 การประเมินคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้านความซื่อสัตย์โดยภาพรวมในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.94 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์พบว่าพฤติกรรมความไม่ซื่อสัตย์ในชั้นเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษา ควรสอดแทรกคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้านความซื่อสัตย์ในการเรียนการสอนในทุกรายวิชา และกำหนดตัวชี้วัดที่ชัดเจน เน้นการนำผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยไปพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนและบูรณาการคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในทุกรายวิชา นำเสนอกิจกรรมหลากหลายในการสอดแทรกคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ตระหนักถึงการมีความรู้คู่คุณธรรม

The research on Factors Related to Honesty Behavior of Student in the second year of Social Work and Social Welfare Faculty, Huachiew chalermprakiet University is the Survey Research. The objectives are to study the Honesty Behavior and Factors Related to Honesty Behavior of Student to guide the development of learning and teaching that focuses on ethics. The sample of 158 persons are collected by questionnaires, then using percentage, mean, standard deviation to analyze the information and the relationship with Crosstabs and Chi-Square. The results are as follows: This study found that most samples were female, age-average 20.29 years, had 1-5 family members, parents are people who support education, income average between 5,000-10,000 baht per month, was enough to cover their expense and no family problems. The most of learning problems is no start from nothing and no understanding enough, needs most is teaching techniques operation, GPA. of students average between 2.01 -3.00. The most samples are honest behavior in classroom, 64.6 percent and have been dishonest behavior 35.4 percent. The assessment moral integrity of the overall level of 2.94, dishonest behavior in classroom factors related to honesty Behavior of student which was statistically significant at .05 level. Research has recommendations as follow: Should be included for ethics and integrity in teaching in all subjects and clearly defined indicators. The focusing results of research on the development of learning and teaching and integration of ethics in all subjects, offer a variety of activities to be included for ethics and integrity in teaching to be aware of the knowledge and morality.
