การประเมินหลักสูตรเภสัชศาสตรบัณฑิต หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2557 คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรเภสัชศาสตรบัณฑิต (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2557) ของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติใน 4 ด้านตามแบบจำลองของชิปป์ ได้แก่ ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของหลักสูตร ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร และด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตร โดยการใช้แบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นจากนักศึกษาปัจจุบันจำนวน 105 คน บัณฑิตจำนวน 46 คน อาจารย์จำนวน 15 คน ผู้ใชับัณฑิตจำนวน 9 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 คน ดำเนินการวิจัยระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านบริบทหลักสูตรพบว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมมากโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในวัตถุประสงค์ที่มุ่งเน้นผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการประยุกต์และบูรณาการหลักการและทฤษฎีทางเภสัชศาสตร์ในการประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม การมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม จรรยาบรรณและเจตคติที่ดี การอุทิศตน เสียสละ และมีความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง และสังคม ผลการประเมินในด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรพบว่าจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมและจำนวนหน่วยกิตของหมวดวิชาต่างๆ มีความเหมาะสมปานกลางถึงมากโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งจำนวนชั่วโมงและหน่วยกิตของการฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพทั้งภาคบังคับและการฝึกปฏิบัติงานแยกตามสายวิชาที่นักศึกษาเลือกเรียนซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมมาก ส่วนเนื้อหารายวิชาของหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน นักศึกษาและบัณฑิตต้องการให้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา ผลการประเมินด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของหลักสูตร อันได้แก่ คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าศึกษาระบบการคัดเลือกนักศึกษาและคุณสมบัติของอาจารย์พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ในส่วนของสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้มีความเหมาะสมปานกลางโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเรื่องของความเพียงพอของสื่อการเรียนการสอนและอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยในห้องเรียน ผลการประเมินด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรซึ่งประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงแก้ไขหลักสูตร การดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร กระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก สำหรับการประเมินด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตรจากบัณฑิตและผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในแง่ผลการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านความรู้ ทักษะด้านปัญญา ทักษะด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ รวมถึงทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ

The research aimed to evaluate Pharmacy curriculum of Huachiew Chalermparkiet University which was last updated in the year 2014. Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model was used for curriculum evaluation. Structured questionnaire was used as research tool in this study. Out respondents consisted of 105 current students, 46 graduate, 15 teachers, 9 employers of our graduates and 3 educational experts. The research was conducted between March and December 2019. Regarding context domain, the study showed that all of the curriculum objectives were appropriate. Our curriculum objectives which emphasized the development of graduates' abilities to apply and integrate many aspects of knowledge for pharmacy profession; development of ethics, moratlty and good attitudes towards pharmacy profession; having responsibilities for themselves and society; were mostly appreciated by our respondents. In curriculum structure evaluation, the study showed that total credits and credits in general education courses and pharmacy courses (eg. Basic science courses, professional courses) were moderately appropriate. Total hours and credits for introductory professional practice and advanced professional practice, however, were highly accepted. Our current students and graduates also needed courses or learning process that could strengthen them in terms of critical thinking and problem solving. Regarding the input domain, qualification of enrolled students and teachers, and student admission criteria was highly acceptaed by our respondents. Educational resources, esperically learning media and modern equipments, however, were modestly appreciated. In the process domain evaluation, both students and teachers were satisfied with curriculum development or modification process, curriculum implementation, learning design and learning assessment. In product domain evaluation, both graduates and employers of our graduates were satisfied with the graduates' learning outcomes based on Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education (TQF) regarding ethical and moral development, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal skill and responsibility, analytical and communication skills.
