การประเมินหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต หลักสูตรนานาชาติ (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2557) คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต หลักสูตรนานาชาติหลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2557 ของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินชิปป์ (CIPP Model) ของสตัฟเฟิลบีม 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบริบท (Context) ได้แก่วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร โครงสร้างและเนื้อหาหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น (Input) ได้แก่ ผู้เรียน ผู้สอน และสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านกระบวนการ (Process) ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การวัดและการประเมินผลการเรียน และการบริหารหลักสูตร และด้านผลผลิต (Product) ได้แก่ คุณภาพบัณฑิต โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรและอาจารย์พิเศษ 8 คน นักศึกษา 132 คน บัณฑิต 15 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาบัณฑิต 15 คน รวม 170 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการทางสถิติ โดยการคำนวณคะแนนเฉลี่ย (x̄) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD.) ได้ผลการประเมิน ดังนี้ การประเมินบริบท (Context Evaluation) วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร: อาจารย์มีความเห็นว่าในภาพรวมวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก โดยหลักสูตรสอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย และเนื้อหาในหลักสูตรสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ มีความเหมาะสมมาก โครงสร้างและเนื้อหาหลักสูตร: อาจารย์มีความเห็นว่าในภาพรวมและทุกหมวดวิชามีความเหมาะสมมาก อาจารย์มีความเห็นว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยรวมทุกด้านมีความเหมาะสมปานกลาง และด้านภาพแวดล้อมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอน และด้านจำนวนผู้เรียนมีความเหมาะสมกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีความเหมาะสมมาก การประเมินปัจจัยนำเข้า (Inout Evaluation) ด้านผู้เรียน นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีภูมิลำเนาประเทศจีน จบชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ทั้งนี้ ในภาพรวมอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาว่า มีคุณลักษณะเหมาะสมปานกลาง ยกเว้น ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนและเพื่อนร่วมชั้นเรียน ด้านความเอื้อเฟื้อและการแบ่งปันความรู้ระหว่างกัน ด้านความเสียสละและมึคุณลักษณะการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม ด้านรักษาระเบียบวิน้ยในชั้นเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ด้านทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพและด้านความตั้งใจและสนใจในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน มีความเหมาะสมมาก ด้านผู้สอน มีอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร 5 คน และอาจารย์พิเศษ 3 คน รวม 8 คน อาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่เพศหญิง คุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาเอก 1 คน ปริญญาโท 7 คน ซึ่งอาจารย์มีประสบการณ์การสอนมากว่า 10 ปี 1 คน 7-10 ปี 4 คน และ 3-6 ปี 3 คน ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้ บัณฑิตมีความเห็นว่าในภาพรวมอาจารย์มีคุณลักษณะเหมาะสมมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเรื่อง คุณธรรม จริยธรรมและจิตสำนึกในความเป็นครูของอาจารย์ คุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์ของผู้สอนเหมาะสมกับวิชาที่สอน อาจารย์ผู้สอนมีทักษะในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีด้านวิชาชีพของอาจารย์ผู้สอนความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของอาจารย์ผู้สอน ความตรงต่อเวลาในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของอาจารย์ผู้สอน การส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนค้นคว้าข้อมูลเพื่อเพิ่มเติมความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายวิชา/วิชาชีพ ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน การจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยภาพรวมอาจารย์เห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมมาก อาคารสถานที่ และห้องเรียน อาจารย์เห็นว่าเหมาะสมที่จะสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้ การติดต่อประสานงานเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอน จำนวนผู้เรียนกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีความเหมาะสมมาก บัณฑิตมีความเห็นว่าโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมาก และนักศึกษาเห็นว่าเหมาะสมมาก บริการห้องสมุดและระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยภาพรวมบัณฑิตมีความเห็นว่าห้องสมุดและระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก แต่การเชื่อมต่อระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต สมรรถนะและจำนวนของคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต มีความเหมาะสมปานกลางเท่านั้น ส่วนนักศึกษามีความเห็นว่า โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมาก โดยเฉพาะในเรื่องการเชื่อมต่อระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตสะดวก รวดเร็ว สมรรถนะของคอมพิวเตอร์ คอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต ความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการสืบค้นข้อมูล จำนวนหนังสือ วารสาร วิทยานิพนธ์ และอื่นๆ ที่ทันสมัย เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ มีความเหมาะสมปานกลางเท่านั้น กระบวนการ (Process Evaluation) กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน: อาจารย์มีความเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์ พบว่าโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมาก ยกเว้นด้านพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์ด้านจัดทำและชี้แจงรายละเอียดของรายวิชา (มคอ. 3) ให้กับนักศึกษา ด้านการกำหนดวัน-เวลาให้นักศึกษาพบไว้อย่างชัดเจน (Office Hours) มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ด้านการมอบหมายการบ้านอย่างสม่ำเสมอและคืนให้อย่างรวดรเว มีความเหมาะสมปานกลาง การจัดการเรียนการสอน นักศึกษามีความเห็นว่า ด้านประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรและการบริการในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัด และประเมินผลโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมาก การให้คำปรึกษา บัณฑิตและนักศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นต่อการทำหน้าที่ของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาพบว่า การให้คำปรึกษาของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมมาก การบริหารหลักสูตร อาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นโดยรวม มีความเหมาะสมมาก ผลผลิตของหลักสูตร (Product Evaluation) การประเมินคุณภาพบัณฑิต บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 2.50 แต่ไม่เกิน 3.25 และมีงานทำ ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่ง พนักงาน/เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน มีเงินเดือนอยู่ระหว่าง 15,000-20,000 บาท บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองในด้านความรู้เชิงทฤษฎีและทักษะการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมาก ส่วนผู้บังคับบัญชา มีความคิดเห็นต่อด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และด้านการพัฒนาบัณฑิตตามอัตลักษณ์คณะบริหารธุรกิจโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมาก ทั้งนี้ ทั้งนักศึกษา บัณฑิต และผู้บังคับบัญชา มีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรในด้านภาษาต่างประเทศ ภาษาอังกฤษ ความสามารถทางคอมพิวเตอร์ และอาจารย์มีข้อเสนอแนะในเรื่องจำนวนนักศึกษาในห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ ต่ออาจารย์ และควรปรับวิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอน รายวิชาต่างๆ ให้สามารถประยุกต์ใช้งานได้

The survey research aims to evaluate the 2014 version of management curriculum, bachelor of business administrator program, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, by using Stufflebeam's CIPP model. The evaluation model consists of 4 main aspects. The first aspect is "Context", focusing on the courses' objectives, structures, and subject matters. Then, "Input" is the next aspect of evaluation, aiming to analyze learners, instructors, and teaching materials. Next, the model aims to evaluate "Process" which is analzing on teaching methods, learning evaluation, and courses management. After all, "Product", is the last aspect of CIPP model, addressing on qualities of the graduated students. The samples size is 170 persons, consisted of 8 persons from both lecturers and special lectures, 132 students, 15 graduates, and 15 graduates' employers. The questionnaire is employed as a tool to collect the data. In addition, statistic tools to analyze the data are frequency, mean (x̄) and standard Devaition (S.D.). The results are as follows: Contexxt Evaluation: Courses's Objectives: the lecturers indicated that, in overall, the courses' objectives are highly appropriate, considering that the objectives are in accordance to the university's mission, and the courses' subject matters are conforming to the courses' objectives. Courses' Stuructures and Subject Matters: The lecturers pointed out that most of the subjects taught are. Moreover, the lecturers also indicated that the subjects in Organization Management course is all fitted. In addition, in the lecturers' view point of teaching and learning management is in moderate suitability. While, the teaching and learning environment as well as the number of students per class are gighly suitable. Input Evaluation: Learners: most of the students are high school graaduated male, living in Samut Prakarn province. In the lecturers' opinion, the students' attributed are in moderate suitability. In contrast, the aspect of interpersonal relationship, knowledgee sharing among students, generosity, teamwork, classroom discipline, positive attitude toward management profession, and interested in learning are highly suitable. Lecturers: there are 5 permanent and 3 special lecturers, and most of them are female. The management lecturers compose of 1 Ph.D. lecturers, 7 master degree lecturers. Amomh them, 1 persons have more than 10 years of teaching experience,4 persons have between 7-10 years teaching experience, and 4 person is in 3-6 years teaching experience. As a result, the lecturers' attributes are in highly suitable in the graduate viewpoints, especially, in the aspect of virtue, morality, sense of being a teacher, experience and expertise in specific subjects, teaching technique, being a role model in the profession, readiness and preparation, punctually, and encouragement for further study. Supporting Facilities: the lecturers admit that the learning and teaching management is highly appropriate, in general. Buidling and classroomms provide positive atmosphere for learning. While, students and graduated in each as well as library and internet service are in high suitability. On the other hands, the internet connectivity, internet speed and internet accessibility are considered in moderate suitability. Similarly, the computer capacity, the convenience of data searching. quantity of books and thesis which are update and sufficient, are in moderate level. Process Evaluation. Learning Activity : the lecturers implied that the lecturers' attitide toward teaching behavior, in general, is in high level of suitability, except teaching behavior in course specification preparation to the students. The conducting course outline and scheduling office hours are in highest level of suitability; while, the consistency of assigning and the period of returning homework is in medium level of suitability. Course Management: the students indicated that the efficiency of curriculum management process and service as well as course assessment and evaluation are in high level of suitability. Consulting: Students and graduated asserted that the lecturers' consultation skill is in high level of suitability. Curriculum Management: in over all, the lecturers insisted that the curriculum management is in high level of suitability. Product Evaluation. Graduate Quality Assessment: Most of the graduated are female, who graduated with GPA between 2.50-3.25. The majority is job holders and works in private service agencies with salary between 15,000-20,000 baht per month in a general management field. The graduated noted that they have theoretical knowledge and skills in high appropriate level. In employers' aspect, they implied that the graduates contain the highest level of suitability in virture, morality, and identity of Business Administration Schools. Moreover, knowledge, intellectual skill, interpersonal and responsibility, quantitative analysis skill, communication skill and technology skill are considered in high appropriate level.
