การใช้ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีน : กรณีศึกษาปัญหาการเขียนของนักศึกษาจีน หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การใช้ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีน : กรณีศึกษาปัญหาการเขียนของนักศึกษาจีนหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้ภาษาในด้านทักษะการเขียนของนักศึกษาจีน หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาจีนที่มีต่อปัญหาและการพัฒนาความสามารถในการเขียนของนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสื่อสารภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่สอง มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิเคราะห์งานเขียนของนักศึกษาจีนที่เป็นแบบฝึกหัดและกิจกรรมการเขียนในรายวิชา TC 8253 การเขียนภาษาไทยขั้นสูง และ TC 8263 การอ่านภาษาไทยขั้นสูง ซึ่งเปิดสอนในปีการศึกษา 2556-2557 ประชากรเป็นนักศึกษาจีนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2556-2557 และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างสองกลุ่ม กลุ่มที่ 1 เป็นนักศึกษาที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 33 คน กลุ่มที่สอง เป็นกลุ่มสนทนาย่อย เลือกแบบสุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักศึกษาจีน จำนวน 20 คน และอาจารย์ผู้สอนภาษาไทยแก่ชาวต่างประเทศ จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบประเมินปัญหาการเขียนภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีนในด้านการใช้คำ การใช้ประโยค และรูปแบบการเขียน 2) แบบคำถามในการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย ในด้านภูมิหลังการเรียนภาษาไทย ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ปัญหาการเขียนและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาจีนมีปัญหาการใช้ภาษาไทยในด้านการเขียน คือใช้คำไม่ถูกต้อง ในด้านการสะกดการันต์ การเลือกใช้คำ การเว้นวรรคตอน และการใช้เครื่องหมายต่างๆ ปัญหาการใช้ประโยคในด้านการเขียนรูปประโยคตามหลักไวยากรณ์ ใช้ภาษาพูดและใช้ระดับภาษาไม่ถูกต้อง ใช้รูปประโยคภาษาต่างประเทศ เขียนประโยคไม่สละสลวยและใช้คำฟุ่มเฟือย ปัญหารูปแบบการเขียนในด้านการเขียนย่อหน้าและข้อความที่ขาดเอกภาพ สัมพันธภาพ และสารัตถภาพ การเขียนเรื่องมีองค์ประกอบไม่สมบูรณ์ สาระเนื้อหาที่เขียนไม่ชัดเจน การลำดับความคิดและการให้เหตุผลไม่เป็นระบบที่สื่อสารที่เข้าใจได้ง่าย ในด้านการวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง นักศึกษาจีนและอาจารย์ผู้สอนพบว่า ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องว่า นักศึกษาจีนมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อภาษาไทย ได้เรียนระดับปริญญาตรีในประเทศไทย จึงต้องการเรียนต่อระดับสูง สาเหตุของปัญหาการเขียนเพราะขาดความรู้หลักในการใช้ภาษาไทย และไม่ได้ฝึกทักษะภาษาด้านต่างๆ เพียงพอ แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการเขียนของนักศึกษาจีน คือ การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการทักษะภาษาทั้ง 4 ด้านและสอดแทรกหลักการใช้ภาษาไทยในรายวิชาต่างๆ ส่งเสริมการอ่านและการทำกิจกรรมการเขียนประเภทต่างๆ จากง่ายไปหายาก ทั้งนี้อาจารย์ผู้สอนมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า มหาวิทยาลัยควรมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการเขียนของนักศึกษาจีน โดยจัดกิจกรรม "เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน" "หมอภาษา" รวมทั้งสนับสนุนงบประมาณด้านการวิจัยและการผลิตสื่อการเรียนการสอน

The research aims : 1) to analyze writing Thai problems of Chinese students of Communicative Thai as a Second Language program of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, and 2) to discuss the problems by instructors and Chinese students to find out how to improve Thai writing skill of Chinese students. As a qualitative research, the research processes started from analyzing students' work sheets and activities in two courses, TC 8253 Advance Thai Writing and TC 8263 Advance Thai Reading, of 2013-2014 academic years. Research populations were Chinese students who enrolled the two courses in the stated academic years. The two sample groups were: first, thirty-three students which were specifically selected and second, twenty students were randomized by small conversation group activities. Six Thai instructors were analysts / researchers, of this research. The research tools were: 1) the evaluation form on problems of writing Thai of Chinese students, focused on word selections, sentences usage, and forms of writing, and 2) the questionnaire form used in the small conversation group, which question related to background of Thai language learning, problems and solutions of writing Thai, and related suggestions. The research found that Chinese students had problems of writing Thai in three levels, which were 1) Word level-using wrong words; misspelling; absence of spaces; and using wrong punctuations. 2) Sentence level - mixing spoken language with written language; using wrong grammars; writing incomplete sentences; and redundant writing. 3) Paragraph level - lacking of unity, coherence and theme; incompletion of elements; unclear messeges; scramble of thoughts; and poor reasoning. Conclusions of the discussion, both random Chinese students and Thai instructors agreed that Chinese students had positive had positive attitude toward Thai language. Most of Chinese graduates of a bachelor's degree in Thailand would like to continue their higher study. Problems of writing Thai were caused by a lack of knowledge of Thai grammar and insufficient particles of language skills. Suggestions for solving problems of writing Thai of Chinese students were: providing integrated courses emphasizing on four language skills and grammar; reading and writing activities, from beginning to advance levels, should be promoted; for example, activities like 'Thai Language Mate', and 'Thai Language Clinic'. Lastly, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University should actively the skill of writing Thai of Chinese students, and support sufficient funds conducting researches and producing teaching materials for Chinese students.
