โครงการวิจัย การสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับปลาสลิดของจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์และการจัดกลุ่มความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปลาสลิดในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ให้สอดคล้องเชิงวิชาการ และ 2) รวบรวมองค์ความรู้จากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปลาสลิดในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ วิธีการโดยการทบทวน เอกสาร วรรณกรรม และทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย รวมทั้งการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยเอกสาร วรรณกรรม รายงานการวิจัย วิทยานิพนธ์ บทความเผยแพร่ในสื่อต่างๆ จำนวน 250 เรื่อง เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงปลาสลิด 30 คน ผู้แปรรูป/ผู้ค้า 15 คน ผู้นำชุมชน/ท้องถิ่น 15 คน เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ 20 คน และผู้บริโภค 200 คน ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพโดยค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้ข้อมูลทางด้านต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปลาสลิดของจังหวัดสมุทรปราการและพื้นที่อื่นๆ สำหรับการเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบต่าง ได้แก่ 1. ข้อมูลด้านชีววิทยาของปลาสลิด ทำให้ระบุได้ถึงลักษณะอนุกรมวิธาน การเรียกชื่อปลาสลิดในประเทศต่างๆ คุณลักษณะพิเศษของปลาสลิด ลักษณะรูปร่างภายนอกของปลาสลิด ลักษณะนิสัย ความแตกต่างระหว่างเพศและความสมบูรณ์ของเพศ การผสมพันธุ์และการวางไข่ อาหารและนิสัยการกิน แนวทางการจำแนกพันธุ์ปลาสลิด รวมทั้งการวิจัยที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับปรุงพันธุ์ปลาสลิดเพื่อให้เกิดความทนทานต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม 2. ข้อมูลด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงปลาสลิด ได้ข้อมูลด้านการเลี้ยงที่เป็นระบบ ประกอบด้วย รูปแบบการเลี้ยง โดยเฉพาะการเลี้ยงปลาสลิดแบบดั้งเดิม การเลี้ยงแบบผสมผสานเทคโนโลยี การเตรียมแปลงนาศัตรูหรือปาราสิตของปลาสลิด การทดลองด้านการปรับปรุงการเลี้ยงเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์มากที่สุด ปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขในการเพาะเลี้ยงปลาสลิด 3. ข้อมูลด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการค้าปลาสลิด ได้ข้อมูลด้านการแปรรูปและการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบมาตรฐาน คุณค่าทางโภชนาการของปลาสลิด ปัญหาอุปสรรคทางด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการค้าปลาสลิดในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 4. ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเลี้ยง การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และการค้าปลาสลิด ได้แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันและแนวทางการศึกษาวิจัยเพิ่มเติมเพื่อการอนุรักษ์การเลี้ยงปลาสลิดในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการให้ดำรงอยู่ต่อไป ผู้วิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและงานวิจัยครั้งต่อไปมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรมีการปรับปรุงการเลี้ยงให้เป็นแบบกึ่งพัฒนา รวมทั้งมีหน่วยงานกลางในการช่วยเหลือ ประสานงานและเป็นตัวกลาง เพื่อคอยช่วยเหลือให้แก่ผู้เลี้ยงและผู้แปรรูปปลาสลิดในการเพิ่มอำนาจการต่อรองทางด้านราคา

The purpose of this research was to 1) synthesize and group knowlegde related to snakeskin gourami in Samut Prakarn province in accordance with academic consistency, and 2)gather knowledge from stakeholders related to snakeskin gourami in Samut Prakan Province. The researcher reviewed literature documents and related theories and analyzed by research synthesis methods including the collection of information from stakeholders. The population used in the research consisted of 250 literature documents, research reports, dissertations and articles published in various media. And also consisted of 30 snakeskin fish farmers, 15 processors/traders, 15 community/local leaders, 20 government officials and 200 consumers. Data were collected quantitative and qualitative by means of percentage and content analysis. The results of this study provide information on various aspects related to snakeskin gourami in Samut Prakarn Province and other areas for dissemination in different formats, with the information obtained as follows. 1. Biological information of snakeskin gourami: Makes it possible to identify the taxonomic characteristics, its name in different countries, special features, its appearance, external characteristics, personality, gender differences and fertility. Also including breeding, spawning food, eating habits and guidelines for classification of snakeskin gourami breed. It also includes research that can be applied to improve the snakeskin gourami breed to be environmentally resistant. 2. Information on snakeskin gourami culture: Obtaining systematic farming information consisting of forms of farming especially the traditional snakeskin gourami culture, technology combination, rice field preparation, its patasites and enemic animals, experiment on raising farming for the most benefit including problems and solutions for raising snakeskin gourami culture. 3. Information on product development and trading of snakeskin gourami : Get information about processing and product development in standard formats, the nutritional value, problems and obstacles in product development and trading of snakeskin gourami in Samut Prakarn Province. 4. Suggestions for solving problems related to snakeskin gourami culture, product development and the gourami fish trade : Get solutions to the problems that are consistent with the current situation. And additional research methods for preserving snakeskin gourami culture in Samut Prakarn Province to continue. The researcher has suggested that the relevant agencies and the next research focus on promoting farmers to improve the farming to be semi-developed. Including having a central agency to help coordinate and act as an intermediary to help solve the raising and processing of snakeskin gourami in increasing bargaining power in prices.
