การประเมินหลักสุตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการแพทย์แผนจีน ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2549 คณะการแพทย์แผนจีน มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบันฑิต สาขาวิชาการแพทย์แผนจีน พุทธศักราช 2549 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 5 ชุด สำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษา ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ประชากรที่ใช้ใชการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต จำนวน 3 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอนในหลักสูตร จำนวน 13 คน นักศึกษา จำนวน 85 คน ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจำนวน 46 คน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิตจำนวน 17 คน ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่และค่าร้อยละ ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ด้านบริบท ความคิดเห็นภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณาแต่ละประเด็นพบว่าหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้อง และเหมาะสมต่อความต้องการของท้องถิ่น และความต้องการของประเทศในระดับมากที่สุด ความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตรกับปณิธานของมหาวิทยาลัยของคณะ อยู่ในระดับมาก ความเหมาะสมของวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรและวัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้าง เนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรและรายวิชามีความสัมพันธ์กัน อยู่ในระดับมาก เนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรมีความครอบคลุมและสามารถนำไปใช้ อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้น พบว่าความคิดเห็นภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณาแต่ละประเด็นพบว่า การประเมินด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการประเด็นด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการประเมินกระบวนการของหลักสูตร ความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พิจารณาแต่ละประเด็นพบว่าด้านประสิทธิภาพการบริหารหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการประเมินผลผลิตของหลักสูตร ความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยทั้งผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาและผู้ใช้ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีความพอใจในความสามารถด้านต่างๆ ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาสูงสุดในระดับมาก

This evaluation of Chinese Medicine Curriculum Bachelor's Degress Program had 4 purposes: 1) to evaluate the context in the program dimensions; 2) to evaluate input factors of the program; 3) to evaluate program process and 4) to evaluate program outcomes. Both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies were used. Research instruments included 5 questionnaires for experts, instructors, students, graduated and employers of graduates. The subjects were 3 experts, 13 instructors, 85 students, 46 graduates and 17 employers of graduates. Quantitative data were analyzed as frequency and percentage. Content analysis was uses for qualitative data. The research findings were as followed: Regarding the context, the overall opinion was rated at high level. Considered by items, the program was rated as followed: the relationship betweeb the program and visions of the country and communities were rates at the highest level; the relationship between the program and visions of the university and the faculty were rated at high level, the appropriateness of objective curriculum as well as the relationship between the objectives, structure, content of the program and course were rated at high level; and the program comprehensive and useable were rated at high level. Regarding input factors, the overall opinion was rated at high level. Considered by items, it was found that the evaluation concerning instructors were rated at high level and the evaluation in environmental aspects were rated at moderate level. Regarding program process, the overall opinion was rated at moderate level. Considered by items, it was found that efficiency of the program administration was rated at highest level while the program administration was rated at moderate level. Regrading program outcomes, the overall opinion was rated at high level. It was found that the satisfactoriness of graduated and employers of graduated were rated at high level.
