Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตที่ศึกษาจากหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2542 ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2546 ในเรื่องภาวะการมีงานทำ การศึกษาต่อของบัณฑิตพยาบาล ความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชาที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตพยาบาล ความพึงพอใจของผู้ร่วมงานที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตพยาบาล ความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตพยาบาลที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตพยาบาล ระหว่างผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้ร่วมงาน และตัวบัณฑิตเอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บัณฑิตพยาบาล จำนวน 130 คน ได้รับกลับคืนมาเป็นแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์ 129 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 99.23 ผู้บังคับบัญชา จำนวน 40 คน ได้รับกลับคืนมาเป็นแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์ 25 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.50 และผู้ร่วมงาน จำนวน 40 คน ได้รับกลับคืนมาเป็นแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์ 22 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. บัณฑิตพยาบาลมีงานทำทุกคน ร้อยละ 88.4 มีงานทำทันทีหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษา ทำงานในหน่วยงานเอกชนในตำแหน่งพยาบาลประจำการ ร้อยละ 94.6 เงินเดือนที่ได้ครั้งแรกเมื่อเข้าทำงาน คือ 9,001-10,000 บาท เงินเดือนในปัจจุบันส่วนใหญ่ได้ 12,000 บาท บัณฑิตทุกคนมีความพึงพอใจในงานที่ทำ 2. ความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชา ที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชาที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ความรู้เชิงทฤษฎี ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติตามหลักวิชาชีพพยาบาล และคุณลักษณะทั่วไปของบัณฑิต และสรุปในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นกัน 3. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ร่วมงานที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ความพึงพอใจของผู้ร่วมมงานที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ความรู้เชิงทฤษฎี ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติตามหลักวิชาชีพยาบาล และคุณลักษณะทั่วไปของบัณฑิต และสรุปในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4. ความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของตนเอง พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองในแต่ละดาน ได้แก่ ความรู้เชิงทฤษฎี ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติตามหลักวิชาชีพพยาบาล และคุณลักษณะทั่วไปของบัณฑิตและสรุปในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 5. คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้ร่วมงาน และบัณฑิต ที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตในแต่ละด้าน และในภาพรวม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P>.05)

This descriptive research is a follow - up study ofjob performances of the 130 graduates from Bachelor of Nursing Science Program, Faculty of Nursing, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in the academic year 2003. The objectives of this research were to follow - up graduates' Job obtainment and their continuing education. And to investigate and compare the satisfaction with the graduates' job performance evaluated by their supervisors, their colleagues and the graduates themselves. The data were collected thru questionnaires, 40 sets from the supervisors, 40 sets from the colleagues and 130 sets from the graduates themselves. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The results were summarized as follow: 1. All graduates had obtained jobs in which 88.4% of them were employed immediately after their graduation : 94.6 o/o of them worked in private hospitals as staff nurses. Their starting salary averaged at 9,001 - 10,000 baht per month and their current salary averaged at 12,000 baht per month. All of them were satisfied with their jobs and none have net yet continued their further education. 2. The supervisors were moderately satisfied of the graduates in their job performances. They were moderately satisfied with the graduates 'academic performances, nursing practice performances , attributes and the overall in a moderately level. 3. The colleagues were moderately satisfied of the graduates in their job performances. The colleagues were moderately satisfied with the graduates ' academic performances , nursing practice performances and the overall performances and moderately satisfied with their attributes. 4. The graduates were highly satisfied with their own job performances. They were highly satisfied with their academic performances and highly satisfied with their nursing practice performances , their attributes and the overall performances. 5. The mean scores of the satisfactions with the graduates' job performance evaluated by their supervisors, their colleagues and the graduates themselves were significantly different. ( P > .05 ).
