dc.description.abstractWith the significant development of Chinese education in Thailand, the demand for Chinese language teachers is increasing gradually, The problems in teaching have to be considered seriously, and classroom problems are one of the most important aspects that cannot be ignored. The methods to improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom management and improve the problematic behavior of Thai students in Chinese classroom has become a topic of studying to concern among Chinese language teacher. This paper conducts classroom observation, questionnaire survey, interview, comparative analysis, and other methods to collect the Chinese classroom management data at Patai Udom Suksa School, a private elementary school in Bangkok, Thailand The investigation into the background and the current situation of Chinese language teaching at the school through various empirical surveys, This research found that there are many problems in the Chinese classroom management of Patai Udom Suksa School and also have seriously affected the development of Chinese language teaching methods. The summary of the characteristics of Chinese classroom management problems and the types of problem behaviors found that the factors that affect classroom management problems include: teachers, students, schools, families, cultural backgrounds, and educational philosophy. The experience sharing, Chinese teachers, schools, parents, and Hanban put forward suggestions for improving Chinese classroom management in private primary schools in Thailand, especially for dealing with students' classroom problems. This research provides a reference for Chinese teachers in private elementary schools in Thailand.th
dc.description.abstract随着汉语教育在泰国的蓬勃发展,汉语教师需求量日渐增大,教学中所出现的问题也被人们重视起来,而课堂问题又是最不可忽略的一环。如何提高汉语课堂管理的效率以及改善泰国学生汉语课堂的问题行为成为了汉语教学工作者普遍关注的课题。本文运用课堂观察法、问卷调查法、访谈法、对比分析法等方法对泰国曼谷私立小学—Patai Udom Suksa学校汉语课堂管理问题进行探究。先调查学校背景情况及汉语教学现状,通过多种实证性调查,发现Patai Udom Suksa学校汉语课堂管理存在很多问题并且已经严重影响到汉语教学工作的开展。然后总结汉语课堂管理问题的特点及问题行为的类型,发现影响课堂管理问题的因素有:教师、学生、学校、家庭、文化背景、教育理念这几个方面,并结合泰国本土教师及汉语教师的经验分享,对汉语教师、学校、家长和汉办提出了针对泰国私立小学汉语课堂管理,特别是应对学生课堂问题行为的改进建议。希望为赴泰私立小学汉语教师提供参考。th
