การประเมินหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล (หลักสูตรปรับปรุงพุทธศักราช 2556) คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล (หลักสูตรปรับปรุงพุทธศักราช 2556) คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษา บัณฑิต อาจารย์ผู้สอนบัณฑิต ผู้บังคับบัญชาบัณฑิต และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การประเมินด้านบริบทพบว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้ ความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม การนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โครงสร้างหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมตลอดหลักสูตร จำนวนหน่วยกิตแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา จำนวนหน่วยกิตในรายวิชา มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี เนื้อหาหลักสูตรรายวิชาต่างๆ มีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร และเนื้อหามีความทันสมัยและเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปประกอบอาชีพ อยู่ในระดับดี เนื้อหาในรายวิชาต่างๆ มีความซ้ำซ้อนของเนื้อหากับวิชาอื่นอยู่ในระดับน้อย ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าด้านอาจารย์ นักศึกษา และปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยห้องเรียนภาคทฤษฎี ห้องเรียนภาคปฏิบัติ ศูนย์บรรณสารสนเทศ ความเพียงพอของคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการเรียน ความเหมาะสมของห้องพยาบาล สถานที่พักผ่อน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านกระบวนการพบว่า ด้านการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน เทคนิคและวิธีการสอนของอาจารย์ การวัดและการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านผลผลิตพบว่า บัณฑิตหลักสูตรสาขาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติมีความเหมาะสมในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับดี ในรายด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และด้านความสามารถในการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับดีทุกด้าน ผู้บังคับบัญชามีความพึงพอใจต่อการทำงานของบัณฑิต อยู่ในระดับดี

This descriptive research aimed to evaluate the public health curriculum, Department of Hospital Management (Revised Curriculum 2013) Faculty of Public and Environment Health, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. It was evaluated in the context input, process and product. The population in this research composed of students, instructors, graduates, supervisors and specialists. Data were obtained by using questionnaires and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results showed that: Context evaluation showed that the curriculum objectives are clear of the language used, corresponded to social needs and practical were in a good level. The curriculum structure in total number of credits, credits for subfields, credits in the the course were in a good level. Course content were corresponding to the objectives, up-to-date and useful in career. The inter-course overlapping was found in a low level. Regarding the inputs, instructors, students and instructional aids were in a good level. But classroom for theory for practice, library, sufficiency of computer for learning, the appropriateness of the first aid room and resting place were in the moderate level. In the aspect of process, it was found that the curriculum administration and management as well as educational measurement and evaluation were in a good level. In term of product evaluation, the results showed that the graduates of the hospital management program. Huachiew Chalermprakiet University has the ability to work in a good level. In each aspect, ethics and moral, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, numerical analysis, communication and information technology skills, and ability to work in a professional manner were in a good level. The supervisors were satisfied with the work of the graduates in a good level.
