การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคนิคการแพทย์ ฉบับปีพุทธศักราช 2555 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคนิคการแพทย์ ฉบับปีพุทธศักราช 2555 ของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้การประเมินตาม TQF และ CIPP model เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมและคุณภาพของหลักสูตรใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการบริหารจดการหลักสูตร และด้านผลผลิต โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพด้วยแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์แบบ focus group เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เกี่่ยวข้อง 5 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาจำนวน 105 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอนจำนวน 25 คน บัณฑิตจำนวน 96 คน ผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต จำนวน 37 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ/ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้าานหลักสูตรจำนวน 11 คน ที่มีต่อองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตร ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในระดับความเห็นด้วยมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมในการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหลักสูตรเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับวิทยาการก้าวหน้าในปัจจุบันและสมรรถะวิชาชีพ ความสามารถในการทำงานวิจัย การปลูกฝังแนวคิดการใช้วิชาชีพเทคนิคการแพทย์เพื่อดูแลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย การควบคุมคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการ การพัฒนาทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ และเสริมสร้างจุดเด่นของหลักสูตร 2) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น มีความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยปานกลางถึงมาก 3) ด้านกระบวนการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ควรจัดกิจกรรมด้านชุมชนเพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาสามารถบูรณาการความรู้และทักษะวิชาชีพเทคนิคการแพทย์กับการปฏิบัติงานในการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพ การทำงานในชุมชนและการพัฒนาสังคม 4) ด้านผลผลิต ในประเด็นด้านความรู้และทักษะการปฏิบัติงานในวิชาชีพเทคนิคการแพทย์ ด้านความสามารถในการบูรณาการวิชาชีพเทคนิคการแพทย์กับการปฏิบัติงานในการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพ การทำงานในชุมชน และการพัฒนาสังคม พบว่า นักศึกษาและบัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยปานกลางถึงมาก ทั้งนี้อาจเกี่ยวเนื่องมาจากการขาดประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ขณะที่ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การใช้เทคโนโลยี และความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และผลงาน มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด สำหรับการประเมินบัณฑิตโดยผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 5 ด้านตาม TQF ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ด้านความรู้และความสามรถในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความคิดเห็นเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก โดยมีความคิดเห็นด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก สอดคล้องกับการประเมินตนเองของนักศึกษาและบัณฑิต และมีข้อเสนอแนะให้เพิ่มเติมในด้านการพัฒนาทักษะทางปัญญาควรปลูกฝังให้มีการวางแผนปฏิบัติงานอย่างเป็นระบบ สรุปผลประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคนิค การแพทย์ หลักสูตรปรับปรุงฉบับปีพุทธศักราช 2555 โดยภาพรวมของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมและมีคุณภาพดี ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงพัฒนาหลักสูตรต่อไป

The purpose of this research was to evaluate The Bachelor of Science (Medical Technology) curriculum at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University using TQF and CIPP model in evaluating 4 aspects; context, input, process and product. The opinions of 5 sample groups, including 105 fourth-year Medical Technology students, 25 instructors, 96 Medical Technology graduates, 37 graduates' users and 11 curriculum specialist, were collected using 5-rating scale questionnaires and focusing group interviews. The quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of this research was as follows:Context: The respondents' opinion scores were at the most agreeable level. However, there are suggestions for improving the curriculumm structure to be consistent with advanced science and professional competencies, research ability, implanting concept of using medical technology to promote healthcare, patient safety, laboratory quality control, the development of English language skill and improving the strength of the curriculum.Input: It was found that instructors thought that the learning resources were at a moderate to most agreeable level.Process: the respondents thought the instructional process, and the measurement and evaluation processes were at the most agreeable level. There are suggestions about the activities for student development such as organizing the community activities to encourage students to integrate knowledge and professional skills in medical technology and practice in health promotion, working in the community, and social development.Product: It was found that the students and graduates had a moderate to most agreeable level of opinion in the contents of knowledge and skills in the medical technology profession, ability to integrate professional skill in medical technology into practice in health promotiom, working in the community, and social development. This result may be caused by students and graduates lacking experience in the workplace. The results are most agreeable regarding being able to communicate and work with others, using technology, and self-responsibility to perform duties and works. In the opinion of the graduate's users concerning 5 issues in the standard learning outcomes with include morality and ethics, knowledge and ability to work, intellectual skills, interpersonal relationships and responsibilities, and the numerical analysis, communication and information technology, they thought the graduates was socially accepted on knowledge, skill, attitude and performance at a moderate to most level. The opinions on interpersonal skills and responsibilities are at a very agreeale level, complying with the self-assessment of students and graduates. There are additional suggestions for improving the intellectual skill of systematic planning. Overall of the Evaluation of Medical Technology Curriculum, academic year 2010, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, the curriculum is appropriate and of good quality. The results of this research can be used as a guideline to improve curriculum development.
