การประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีน (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง ปีพุทธศักราช 2555) คณะภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีน มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีน ได้ทำการวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีนในด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการผลิต และด้านผลลัพธ์ของหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 113 คน ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรจำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และปีที่ 4 จำนวน 99 คน กลุ่มบัณฑิตจำนวน 7 คน และกลุ่มผู้ใช้บัณฑิตจำนวน 2 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างแล้วนำผลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย โดยผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้พบว่าผลจากการประเมินหลักสูตรในครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น1. ด้านบริบท ซึ่งประกอบด้วย กลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร กลุ่มนักศึกษา และกลุ่มบัณฑิต มีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีน มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่เหมาะสมชัดเจน โครงสร้างหลักสูตรและจำนวนหน่วยกิตของแต่ละหมวดรายวิชาความเหมาะสม เนื้อหารายวิชาของหลักสูตรทั้งหมวดรายวิชาเอกบังคับและหมวดรายวิชาเอก เลือกส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสม เป็นประโยชน์ในการศึกษาในระดับที่สูงขึ้น สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน2. ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ได้แก่(1) คุณลักษณะของผู้สอบ พบว่ากลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรพึงพอใจในเรื่องอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์เหมาะสม ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด กลุ่มนักศึกษาพึงพอใจเรื่องอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์ ระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก กลุ่มบัณฑิตพึงพอใจในอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์เหมาะสมกับรายวิชาที่สอน และอาจารย์สอนตรงตามเนื้อหา และเวลาที่กำหนดมากกว่าด้านอื่นๆ ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด(2) คุณลักษระของนักศึกษา อาจารย์คณะภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีน มีส่วนร่วมในการสัมภาษณ์คัดเลือกนักศึกษา(3) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา กลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรมีความพึงพอใจด้านห้องเรียนมีอุปกรณ์เหมาะสม ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง กลุ่มนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในเรื่องระบบบริการห้องสมุดเหมาะสม ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง กลุ่มบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจในเรื่องระบบบริการห้องสมุดเหมาะสม ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด3. ด้านกระบวนการผลิต ได้แก่ การบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดและการประเมินผล(1) การบริหารหลักสูตร กลุ่มอาจารย์มีความพึงพอใจด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรในทุกด้านเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพึงพอใจในเรื่องมีการจัดแผนการศึกษาตลอดหลักสูตรอย่างชัดเจน และจำนวนชั่วโมงเรียนในแต่ละวิชาเหมาะสมมากกว่าด้านอื่นๆ โดยอยู่ที่ระดับมากที่สุด กลุ่มนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรในทุกด้านเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก กลุ่มบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรในทุกด้านเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด(2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนกลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ในเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนสอดคล้องกับลักษณะวิชา และวัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้ และกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณลักษณะตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิการศึกษาในกลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร กลุ่มนักศึกษาความพึงพอใจเรื่องการใช้สื่อประกอบการสอนอย่างเหมาะสม โดยอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับกลุ่มบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด(3) ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล กลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร กลุ่มนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจด้านการวัดและประเมินผลเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยกลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร พอใจเรื่องระบบการวัดและประเมินผลโปร่งใส โดยมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด กลุ่มนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจเรื่องการวัดและประเมินผลเป็นไปตามระเบียบและกฎเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด โดยมีความพึงพอใจระดับมาก กลุ่มบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด4. ด้านผลลัพธ์ของหลักสูตร(1) คุณลักษณะบัณฑิตตามวัตถุประสงค์ กลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร และนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจทักษะด้านการใช้ภาษา ทักษะด้านการพูด ทักษะด้านการฟัง-อ่าน ทักษะด้านการเขียน เฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในกลุ่มบัณฑิตพึงพอใจในทักษะด้านภาษาของตนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด กลุ่มผู้ใช้บัณฑิตพึงพอใจด้านทักษะทางภาษาของบัณฑิตอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด(2) คุณลักษณะบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐาน TQFกลุ่มผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจในด้านความรู้เชิงวิชาการ ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานและเจตคติ จรรยาบรรณ ของบัณฑิตสาขาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยผลการประเมินทั้ง 5 ด้านได้แก่ 1) ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 2) ด้านความรู้ 3) ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา 4) ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ 5) ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พบว่า กลุ่มผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดในทั้ง 5 ด้าน

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Chinese Language and Culture Major Curriculum (Revised Edition, Academic Year 2012). The evaluation focused on 4 aspects including the objectives of the curriculum, the structure and content of the curriculum, the curriculum management, and the characteristics of the graduates. There were 113 participants in this study; 5 instructors, 99 students in the third-year and fourth-year groups, 7 graduates, and 2 employers. Data Analysis was bases on questionnaires. The data was analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, and the differences of mean groups. The results of this research were as follows;Context: It was found that the instructors, students, and graduates agrees with the following aspects; 1) the objectives of the curriculum, 2) the number of credits of the general eduation, major, minor, and elective courses, and 3) the contents of the major core courses and minor courses. The curriculum could benefit and utilize the students learning experience for advanced academic pursuits.Input: This section was divided into 3 parts;1) Qualification of the program instructorsIt was found that the instructors were satisfied with the qualifications and experience of the program instructors which rated with the highest average scores. The students were satisfied with this aspect which was rated with the high average scores. The graduates were satisfied with the instructors' qualifiactions and the courses they were assigned to teach which were rate with the highest average scores.2) Characteristics of the studentsAll of the instructors took part in the admission process to interview the new students of the program.3) Educational equipmentThe instructors were satisfed with the well-equipped classrooms which were rated with the high average scores. The students and graduates were satisfied with HCU Library Information Section which was rated with the highest average score.Process: This section was divided into 3 parts1) Curriculum ManagementThe instructors were satisfied with the curriculum management which was rated with the highest average scores. They were satisfied with the study plan and the lecture hours. The students and the graduates were satisfied with the curriculum managemet which was rated with the high and the highest average scores respectively.2) Teaching and Learning ProcessThe instructors and students were satisfied with the teaching and learning process which followed the learning objectives. The teaching and learning process which helped support the students to have qualifications in accordance with the Thailan Qualifiaction Framework was rated with the high average scores. Furthermore, the instructors and students were satisfied with the use of teaching materials which was rated with the high average scores, whereas the graduates were satisfied with the teaching and learning process which was rated with the highest average scores.3) Evaluation MethodsThe instructors and students were satisfied with the evaluation methods which were precise and systematic and were rated with the high average scores. The graduates were satisfied with the evaluation methods which were rated with the highest average scores.Learning Outcome Standards:1) The characteristics of the GraduatesThe instructors and students were satisfied withh the language skills in terms of the use of language, speaking, listening, reading and writing skills which was rated with the moderate average scores, whereas the graduated were satisfied with their language skills and the employers were also satisfied with the graduates' language skills which were rated with the highest average scores.2) The characteristics of the Graduates in accordance with Thailand Qualification Framework (TQF)The employers were satisfied with the five aspect of learning outcome standards: 1) ethics and moralls 2) knowledge 3) cognitive skill 4) interpersonal skills and responsibility and 5) numerical analytical skills, communication and information technology which were rated with the highest average scores.
