การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2555 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2555 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบจำลองซิป (CIPP Model) ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 344 คน จำแนกเป็นนักศึกษา จำนวน 152 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 10 คน บัณฑิต จำนวน 93 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต จำนวน 79 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 7 คน การบรรยายลักษณะข้อมูลใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละค่ามัชฌิมาเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แบ่งผลการประเมินหลักสูตร ไว้ดังนี้ด้านบริบท พบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้ สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม พัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ เจตคติ มีความสอดคล้องกับเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพ จป. และสามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริงมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมตลอดหลักสูตร จำนวนหน่วยกิตแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชา มีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาน่าสนใจและทันสมัย มีลำดับขั้นตอนเนื้อหาจากง่ายไปยาก เนื้อหาเป็นประโยชน์สอนให้คิดเป็นทำเป็น เนื้อหาไม่ซ้ำซ้อนกับวิชาอื่นๆ เนื้อหาสามารถนำไปประกอบวิชาชีพ เนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ และเนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับดีปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ได้แก่(1) ด้านอาจารย์ พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมของปัจจัยป้อนเข้าด้านอาจารย์อยู่ในระดับดี โดยการเปิดโอกาสในการซักถามและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ให้ความสนใจและเอาใจใส่การเรียนการสอน และมีความสามารถในการให้คำปรึกษา มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด อยู่ในระดับดีมาก(2) ด้านนักศึกษา พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมของปัจจัยป้อนเข้าด้านนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับดี โดยนักศึกษามีสุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด อยู่ในระดับดีมาก(3) ด้านปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มีจำนวนเพียงพอ มีคุณภาพดี มีความทันสมัย และมีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ โรงอาหาร หอพัก ห้องพยาบาล สถานที่พักผ่อน สถานที่ออกกำลังกาย และระบบทะเบียนนักศึกษา มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนสถานที่ออกกำลังกายในด้านจำนวนอยู่ในระดับปานกลางกระบวนการผลิต ได้แก่(1) ด้านการบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้สอน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการมีระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเพื่อให้คำแนะนำ และการจัดอาจารย์สอนแต่ละวิชาเหมาะสมกับคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ส่วนนักศึกษา พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมของการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการจัดแผนการเรียนถูกต้องตามหนังสือคู่มือหลักสูตรมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด(2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน อาจารย์พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับดีโดยการดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิดขณะฝึกปฏิบัติงาน การสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างเหมาะสม มีความปลูกฝังให้นักศึกษารักและภูมิใจในวิชาชีพอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ส่วนนักศึกษา พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการส่งเสริมให้รู้จักการทำงานเป็นกลุ่มและเข้าใจบทบาทของผู้นำและผู้ตาม สร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติความเหมาะสม และการปลูกฝังให้เป็นผู้มีความรักและภาคภูมิใจในวิชาชีพมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด(3) การวัดและการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน อาจารย์ พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยข้อสอบได้รับการพิจารณาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพก่อนนำไปใช้ และข้อสอบมีความชัดเจนและครอบคลุมเนื้อหาที่สอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ส่วนนักศึกษา พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยการวัดและการประเมินผลสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของรายวิชาที่สอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดด้านผลผลิต ได้แก่(1) ความสามารถในการทำงานของบัณฑิต พบว่า บัณฑิตและผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจในการทำงานโดยรวมของบัณฑิตอยู่ในระดับดี โดยความสามารถด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด(2) ความสามารถในการทำงานตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติของบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย พบว่า คุณภาพการทำงานของบัณฑิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี และมีทักษะการทำงานตามหลักวิชาชีพโดยรวมให้ความเห็นอยู่ในระดับดีทั้งนี้ นักศึกษา บัณฑิต และผู้บังคับบัญชา มีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงหลักสูตร ที่ตรงกันมากที่สุด ได้แก่ เพิ่มเนื้อหาด้านภาษาอังกฤษ เพิ่ม/เน้นความรู้ด้านกฎหมายเพิ่มหลักสูตรการสอนระบบมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยต่างๆ เพิ่มหลักสูตรการสอน จป. วิชาชีพเฉพาะทาง เช่น ด้านก่อสร้าง ด้านโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ฯลฯ และเน้นภาคปฏิบัติทางด้านวิชาชีพให้มากขึ้น

The objectives of this research were to evaluate the 2012 revised B.S. program in occupational and safety of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The CIPP model was employed to aspects of context, input, process and product. A self-administrered questionnaire was developed by the researchers. The data were collected from sample of 344 consisting 10 instructors, 152 students, 93 occupational health and safety, 79 supervisors and 10 specialists. Descriptive statistics such as means and standard deviation were used for data analysis.Research findings are as follows:The evaluation of context indicates that curriculum objectives were clearly state, correspondent to social needs, to identity of the safety officer, to develop of student's intellect, skills and attitude. They were practical for occupational health and safety career and all consistered as having high level of propriety. It was noted that the degree of correspondences to the uniqueness of the nursing profession have the highest level of propriety. As far as the curriculum structure and content are concerned, it was found that total number of credits, credits for subfields and the contents were corresponding to the objectives. The contents were interesting, up-to-date, having hierarchical degree of advancement, suitable for training in academic and practical skills, non-inter-course overlapping the contents were practical for occupational health and safety encouraging good attitude toward the profession and enhancing the students' morality and ethics item that. All were considered as having high level of propriety.Input:1. The evaluation found that input of instructors had generally good level in terms of open the opprotunity to ask and discussion, pay attention to teaching, and proficiency to consult were rate in very good level.2. Input of students, the evaluation was found generally in good level. Healthy were rate in good level.3. Inout of factors conductive to teaching, the evaluation was found good level in terms of sufficiency, quality and convenience. Moreover found in computer, cafeteria, dormitory reaction center, first aids room, relax stadium, sport stadium, and registration system were rated good level propriety. In pert numbers of sports stadium were rated in moderate.Process:1. The curriculum administration and management as well as teaching-management and education measurement was rated at good level in terms of advisors system for consult and appropriate instructors in each subject were highest average. In part of students- The curriculum administration and management were rated in good level in term of the instructional management was corrected according to the manual was highest average.2. The teaching and learning - in part of teacher was found the overall score of teaching management at good level. Highest average were taking care and consulting closely while training, creating an atmosphere of teaching and learning, cultivate students to love and be around of occupational health and safety profession. In psrt of students was found the overall score of curriculum administration and management at good level, By encouraging to learn to work in groups and understand the roles of leaders and folders, create an atmosphere in the practice classroom was appropriated and cultivating as a loving and around professional was highest average.3. Measurement and Evaluation of Teaching and Learning- in part of teacher were found score in good level. Considered and testes before use, the test was clear and covers the content taught was highest average. In terms of student, the overall score was rated in good level by measurement and evaluation were in line with the objectives of the course were highest average.Product1. The ability of work of graduated students were found that graduates and users of graduates have a good job satisfaction at a good level, by moral ethics have the highest average scores.2. Ability to work, following by TQF, of occupational health and safety graduated students were found that ability to work and professional skill rated in good level.Nevertheless, students graduated students and supervisors there are suggestions to improve the most consistent curriculum in adding English content. Focus on legal knowledge, add specialized teaching courses such as industrial construction and focus more on the professional sector.
