การประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาจีน (ฉบับปรับปรุง) พุทธศักราช 2555

Abstract

ูการวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาจีน หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2555 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรและประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตร ในบริบท (Content) ได้แก่ วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร โครงสร้างและเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร 2) เพื่อประเมินปัจจัยนำเข้าของหลักสูตร (Input) ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษา และปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน 3) เพื่อประเมินกระบวนการบริหารหลักสูตร และการจัดการเรียนการสอนของหลักสูตร (Process) ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน 4) เพื่อประเมินผลลัพธ์ของหลักสูตร (Outcome) ได้แก่ คุณภาพของบัณฑิต

ประชากรของการวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาจีน หลักสูตรปรับปรุงพุทธศักราช 2555 ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรและอาจารย์ผู้สอนรายวิชาในหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาจีนจำนวน 10 คน บัณฑิตปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 100 คน นักศึกษาในหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาจีน จำนวน 160 คน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรและอาจารย์ผู้สอน แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิต แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต

ผลจากการวิจัย

1. ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตใน 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านทักษะวิชาชีพ มีความคิดเห็นเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีความเห็นว่า จุดเด่นของบัณฑิต ได้แก่ จิตอาสา ขยัน และความสามารถทางด้านภาษาจีน จุดที่ควรพัฒนา คือ ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ

2. ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นหรือพึงพอใจของบัณฑิต ต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาของหลักสูตรประกอบด้วยรายวิชาเอกบังคับและเอกเลือก มีความคิดเห็นเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความคิดเห็นควรปรับปรุงเนื้อหาบางรายวิชาให้ทันสมัย นำไปใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพได้ เพิ่มรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอบวัดระดับความรู้ภาษาจีน (HSK) และเสริมสร้างความรู้ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ

3. ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ผู้สอนอาจารย์ ต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของหลักสูตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีความคิดเห็นควรเพิ่มรายวิชาด้านวิชาชีพ ปรับเนื้อหาบางรายวิชาให้เหมาะสมกับการเรียนการสอน

4. ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา ต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาในหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วยรายวิชาเอกบังคับและเอกเลือก มีความคิดเห็นเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The Curriculum Evaluation on Bachelor of Arts Program in Chinese aimed to 1) analyze curriculum and quality of curriculum implementation in term of the contexts: the objective, sturcture, and content of the curriculum, 2) evaluate the input: lecturers, students, and learning support, 3) evaluate the process of the curriculum administration, and 4) evaluate the outcome: quality of the graduated students.

The population of the research comprised 10 program lecturers, 100 graduated students of the program in academic year 2014, 160 existing students with normal status, and 60 graduated students' employers. The 5 rating scale questionnaires were used to collect data from the program lecturers, graduated students, students and graduated students' employers.

The study results were as follows:

1. The satisfaction evaluation of employers divided into 6 areas: ethics and morals, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, numerical analysis, communication, and information technology skills (ICT), and professional skills. In overall the statistics of the employers was at the highest level. The outstanding characteristics of the graduates were volunteer, diligent and Chinese skill. However, English skill was considered to be developed.

2. The satisfaction evaluation of the graduated students towards teaching management of the core and selected courses was at the highest level and the opinion towards the general courses was at high level. The development of the courses should be on improving more modernized courses which can be applied to earn their living, having more courses related to the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) and enhancing more English language skills.

3. The satisfaction evaluation of lecturers towards the teaching management of the curricullum was at the highest level. The program should be added more professional courses and the content and the teaching process should be applied to meet the needs of the students.

4. The satisfaction evaluation of students towards the teaching and curriculum implementation was at high level on core courses, selective courses, whilc the teaching management of the general courses was rated at the highest level.
