รายงานการวิจัยการประเมินหลักสูตรสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตรบัณฑิต ฉบับปรับปรุง ปีการศึกษา 2549 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตร หลักสูตรสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ในด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการผลิต และด้านผลผลิต เพื่อนำผลการศึกษามาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนไป ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นว่าวัตถุประสงค์โครงสร้างหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมมาก แต่ควรมีการเตรียมพร้อมที่จะตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์และผลกระทบที่ทำให้เกิดกลุ่มเป้าหมายใหม่หรือกลุ่มเป้าหมายเดิม แต่มีปัญหาซับซ้อนมากขึ้น โดยมุ่งเน้นความชัดเจนในเชิงการปฏิบัติมากขึ้น สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรควรมีการขยายความคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่ต้องการสามารถบ่งชี้ตัวชี้วัดได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า อาจารย์มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจต่อวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร และมีความเชี่ยวชาญ แต่ควรเพิ่มเติมในเรื่องทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเชิงลึก ดังนั้น อาจารย์ยังจำเป็ฯต้องเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานสังคมสงเคราะห์และแสวงหาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆ เพื่อการพัฒนาการสอนที่มุ่งให้นักศึกษาพร้อมสู่ความเป็นวิชาชีพ สำหรับผู้เรียน นักศึกษามีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ มีประสบการณ์และมีทักษะในการปฏิบัติงาน สำหรับบัณฑิตมีความรักความภาคภูมิใจในวิชาชีพ มีความเสียสละ อดทน และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ควรมีการจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนให้เข้มข้นพร้อมสอดแทรกคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และพัฒนาบำรุงรักษาสื่อการเรียนรู้ให้เอื้อต่อการพัฒนานักศึกษามากขึ้้น

ด้านกระบวนการ การบริหารงานจัดอาจารย์สอนแต่ละรายวิชาได้เหมาะสมกับคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์ การจัดแผนการเรียนถูกต้องตามหนังสือคู่มือหลักสูตร มีคู่มือปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์ อาจารย์มีการเตรียมความพร้อม มีเทคนิคและวิธีการสอนที่เหมาะสม สามารถปลูกฝังให้ผู้เรียนมีความภาคภูมิใจในวิชาชีพ ให้คำแนะนำเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนลงสนามฝึก ขณะที่การวัดและประเมินผลตามหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสม ข้อสอบจะได้รับพิจารณาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพก่อนนำไปใช้ รวมถึงผลการประเมินได้นำมาปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนการสอนในครั้งต่อไปด้วย

ด้านผลผลิต บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษามีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนอยู่ในระดับดี ผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นว่าบัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะที่แสดงถึงคุณภาพ ความสามารถในการทำงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ และด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นอย่างดี และมีความสามารถทางวิชาชีพสังคมสงเคราะห์ สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีคุณลักษณะดีที่เหมาะแก่การปฏิบัติงานด้านสังคมสงเคราะห์ แต่จะต้องมีการพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกและสภาพสังคมในปัจจุบัน

The research aims to evaluation the efficiency of the program of Bachelor of Social Work of the Faculty of Social Work, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. Areas of study are: the structure, inputs, processing, and outputs of the program. The findings are expected to be guidance for the program's improvement in the present changing social context. Results of the research are:

1) The structure of the program, including objectives and the curriculum, is very adequate. Additional suggestions are preparations for recruiting the new target group should be planned also action plans for sustaining the old target group should be better implemented. Moreover, educational indicators of the graduate should be more objective.

2) The inouts studied are lecturers and studens. All lecturers possess academic qualifications, are skillful in the required areas and well aware of the objectived of the program. A suggestion is that field practice in social work and knowledge of current academic progressess are also required. For students, most have good attitudes toward the profession and gain practical skills and experiences. The graduates of the program have professional pride and qualities of devotion, tolerance and team working. However, more education about ethics and morals is needed, and also educational mediaa requiress maintenance.

3) The processes of the program are well managed. The teaching schedule is well organized: subjects are matched with the qualifications and skill of the lecturers. Courses are provided according to the curriculum plan in the program manual. Lecturers have got a working guidance, prepared lessons and use suitable teaching techniques, effectively cultivating pride in the profession and providing sufficient suggesions for field practice. The evaluation of the program is also adequate. Exam papers are reviewed before the use, and results of evaluation are applied to the following courses.

4) The outputs of the program mean all graduates. The academic achievement of he graduates is at a good level. Employers grade the graduates as well-qualified, processing knowledge according to the 5 objective skills of the program, which are ethical, academic, intellectual, interpersonal and responsible, and quantitatively analytical and IT literate. The graduate also possesses skills in social work, team work and qualities suitable for social work. The only additional suggestion is the graduate should keep up-to-date with current social changes.
