การถอดบทเรียน : การจัดการความรู้จากทฤษฎีสู่การปฏิบัติงานสังคมสงเคราะห์

Abstract

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอการถอดบทเรียน (การจัดการความรู้จากทฤษฎีสู่การปฏิบัติงานสังคมสงเคราะห์ผลการจัดการความรู้จากทฤษฎีสู่การปฏิบัติงานสังคมสงเคราะห์) ที่มีส่วนในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์บัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ด้วยการเล่าเรื่อง (Story Telling) จากการนำความรู้ที่ได้เรียนไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานสังคมสงเคราะห์ที่สร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวบุคคลกับสิ่งแวดล้อมในหน่วยงาน กับนักศึกษาคณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์และสวัสดิการสังคมในวิชา SW 4279 การฝึกปฏิบัติงานสังคมสงเคราะห์ตามความสนใจเฉพาะทางและวิชา SW 4141 สัมมนาสังคมสงเคราะห์ผลการถอดบทเรียน พบว่า นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการ วิธีการ เทคนิคและทักษะการทำงานสังคมสงเคราะห์เป็นอย่างดี และลงฝึกปฏิบัติงานทำให้เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติของกลุ่มเป้าหมายต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี อย่างไรก็ตามการฝึกปฏิบัติงานครั้งแรกและครั้งที่สองมีบริบทที่แตกต่างกันของแหล่งฝึก ทำให้มีความประหม่าและความไม่มั่นใจในการทำงาน เพราะไม่เคยทำงานมาก่อนจึงมีปัญหาการปรับตัว ประกอบกับวิชาที่เรียนมายังไม่มาก จึงอาจจะทำให้ไม่สามารถนำความรู้ที่เรียนมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้ แต่อาจารย์ภาคสนามและอาจารย์ในคณะได้ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกงานให้ได้เห็นภาพชัดเจนมากขึ้น และเมื่อได้ฝึกครั้งที่ 3 ได้เรียนครบทุกวิชาทำให้มีความรู้และผ่านการฝึกงานได้อย่างมั่นใจในการฝึกงานมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้อาจารย์ภาคสนามและอาจารย์ในคณะยังคอยสนับสนุนการฝึกอยู่ตลอดเวลา จึงสามารถเข้าใจการทำงานสังคมสงเคราะห์และสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ เมื่อได้ผ่านฝึก 3 ครั้ง และมีกรอบความคิดที่ได้สะสมมาจากการเรียนตลอดระยะเวลา 4 ปี ทำให้มีทักษะและทัศนคติในการทำงานสังคมสงเคราะห์และมีความพร้อมที่สามารถไปปฏิบัติงานได้ทันที สิ่งสำคัญนักศึกษาต้องการที่จะเป็นนักสังคมสงเคราะห์วิชาชีพเพื่อช่วยเหลือสังคมต่อไป ข้อเสนอแนะ ด้านการการสอนทักษะควรสอนจากสถานการณ์จริงหรือให้จินตนาการได้จริง ด้านการฝึกควรมีการเตรียมความพร้อมการปรับตัวก่อนไปฝึกปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงาน

The objective of this article is to present Lesson Learned (Knowledge management from theory to social work practice), results from Lesson Learned contributing to the optimization of teaching and learning management and development of the Bachelor of Social Work program in Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, by stories telling from the knowledge learned to apply in social work practice that creates interactions between the individual and the environment in the organization, with students from the Faculty of Social Work and Social Welfare, In subject SW4279 (Field Work Practice in Interested Social Work) and SW4141 (Seminar in Social Work). The results of the Lesson Learned showed that the students learned the process, method, technique and social work skills very well. However, the first and second practice sessions have different contexts of the training source, causing nervousness and insecurity in the work. Because they have never worked before, resulting in adjustment problems. Including not enough subjects learned. Therefore, it may not be possible to apply the knowledge learned to work in practice, but the field teachers and faculty teachers gave advice and internships to be more visible. When they went to an internship 3, they had completed all subjects, thus they gained knowledge and passed an internship with more confidence in the internship. In addition, field teachers and faculty members are constantly supporting the practice, thus understanding social work and being able to apply the knowledge learned to work. After practicing 3 times and having a concept that has been accumulated from learning over a period of 4 years, they have skills and attitudes in social work and ready to be able to go to work immediately. Important: Students want to continue to be professional social workers to help society. Suggestions, learning that requires skill training should be taught based on real situations or imaginative. For the practice, it should be prepared for the adaptation before going to the training agency every time.
