Abstract

โรคพาร์กินสันป็นโรคที่เกิดจากความเสื่อมของระบบประสาท พบบ่อยในวัยชราผู้ป่วยมักได้รับความทุกข์ทรมานจากการเคลื่อนไหวที่ผิดปรกติ มีอาการแสดงให้เห็นเมื่อสูญเสียสารสื่อประสาทโดปามึนในสมองส่วน caudate ประมาณร้อยละ 80 จึงควรตระหนักเกี่ยวกับ สาเหตุ ปัจจับเสี่ยงการเกิดโรค การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสรีรวิทยาและกลไกการเกิดโรค เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงและป้องกันตัวเองจากปัจจัยเสี่ยงเหล่านั้นแต่เนิ่น ๆ

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder affecting mainly the elderly that are suffering from movement disorders. As symptoms are not normally displayed until later in life when loss of dopamine in caudate nucleus was about 80 percent. It is, therefore, necessary to understand the cause/risk factors, so steps are taken to avoid possible risk factors while physiological signs should be recognized early.
