การพัฒนาการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน : กรณีศึกษา บริษัทผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติก เขตจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน (2) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน (3) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยก่อนและหลังการจัดโปรแกรมปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยกับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต โรงงาน D2000 จำนวน 112 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติ ด้วยค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานรายข้อส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับคะแนนสูง มีเพียงข้อ 3.8 ท่านรู้ว่าสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานใดที่อาจทำให้ท่านเกิดอันตรายได้ขณะทำงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อสรุประดับการรู้ทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวมพบว่า มีระดับคะแนนสูง (2) ระดับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานรายข้อส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับคะแนนสูง มีอยู่ในระดับคะแนนปานกลาง คือ ข้อ 2.9 ท่านสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลเมื่อต้องทำงานเสี่ยงต่างๆ และข้อ 2.10 เมื่อท่านต้องสัมผัสงานร้อน มีการสวมใส่ถุงมือหนังเพื่อกันร้อน และเมื่อสรุประดับพฤติกรรมทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวมพบว่า มีระดับคะแนนสูง (3) ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการรับรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน โดยผู้วิจัยได้มีการนำหัวข้อในแบบสอบถามที่ได้คะแนนต่ำกว่าระดับคะแนนสูง มาจัดทำโครงการต่างๆ เป็นภาษาที่พนักงานเข้าใจง่าย และมีเจ้าหน้าที่อบรมหรือแจ้งพนักงานก่อนเริ่มทำงาน มีการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานเป็นระยะ หลังจากจัดทำโครงการเป็นระยะเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ ให้พนักงานตอบแบบสอบถามอีกครั้ง ผลการศึกษาพบว่าระดับการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น (4) การรับรู้ความปลอดภัยกับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในแต่ละด้านของพนักงานมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This research is focusing on (1) to study level of perceptions of safety in working of employees, (2) to study level of beahviors of safety in working of employees, (3) to improve and develop the perceptions and behaviors of safety, and (4) to study the relationship between the perceptions and behaviors of safety. The sample consisted of 112 employees, division of D2000 was collected by questionnaires. The statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard, deviation and chi-square were applied. The results are shown as below. (1) The perceptions of safety in working of employees: The average score of each question showed that the perceptions of safety in working of employees were found in high level excluded the question number 3.8 "Do you know that which working environment can cause hamful working". Its level of perception was moderate level. The overall score of the perception of safety in working of employees were dound in high level (2) The behaviors of safety in working of employees. The average score of each question shoewd that the behaviors of safety in working of employees were found in high level excluded the question number 2.9 "You wear the leather groves during contact overall score of the behavior of safety in working of employees were found in high level. (3) The improvement of the perceptions of safety in working of employees for developing of the bahaviors of safety in working of employees: The researcher developed the safety manual with Cambodian and trained the employees prior to work. Moreover, the researcher and safety officer incident inspected the work place. After that the questionnaire was applied again. It was found that the perception and behaviors of safety were improved. (4) The perceptions of safety were significantly correlated with the behavior of safety at significant level of 0.01.
