Abstract

บทความนี้เป็นการนำเสนอแผนการดำเนินงานในการบรรลุผลของการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนอย่างก้าวกระโดดในประเทศจีนซึ่งได้รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น กลยุทธ์หลักในการปรับปรุงเศรษฐกิจของประเทศและแก้ไขการพัฒนาสังคมของจีน การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ยั่งยืนและการพัฒนาค่านิยมทางจริยธรรมเพื่อสื่อสารประโยชน์ของการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับบุคคล ชุมชน และประเทศ ขับเคลื่อนโดยนโยบายของรัฐบาลโดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องของอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ รวมทั้งมาตรการรวบรวมขยะในครัวเรือน ทั้งนี้ภายใต้การพัฒนาอย่างก้าวกระโดดในการการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนของจีนนั้น จีนยังพบอุปสรรคและข้อจำกัดที่ส่งผลต่อแรงขับเคลื่อนการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างยั่งยืน แผนการดำเนินงานนี้จะเป็นแนวทางเพื่อการพัฒนาและเรียนรู้แผนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนของประเทศไทยให้สอดคล้องกับเจตนารมณ์ของยุทธศาสตร์ชาติในการกำหนดทิศทางของแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติด้านการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และเศรษฐกิจสีเขียวเพื่อผลักดันและส่งเสริมให้ทุกภาคส่วนอุตสาหกรรมเล็งเห็นความสำคัญการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน
