ปัจจัยความสามารถของบุคลากรด้านโลจิสติกส์สู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน : กรณีศึกษาพนักงานขับรถขนส่งในสถานประกอบการธุรกิจผู้ให้บริการขนส่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพ และเพื่อสำรวจทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรด้านโลจิสติกส์ในสถานประกอบการธุรกิจผู้ให้บริการขนส่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ตัวแทนของสถานประกอบการ เช่น เจ้าของธุรกิจ ผู้จัดการ หัวหน้า และพนักงานขับรถขนส่งที่อยู่ในสถานประกอบการธุรกิจบริการขนส่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีจำนวนสถานประกอบการทั้งหมมด 17 บริษัท กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ตัวแทนของสถานประกอบการจำนวน 17 คน และพนักงานขับรถขนส่งจำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยทางสถิติ ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวแทนของสถานประกอบการส่วนมากมีความต้องการที่จะเพิ่มกำลังคน เพราะจะมีการขยายกิจการและต้องการพนักงานที่มีความรู้ด้านทักษะในการปฏิบัติงาน และทักษะด้านกฎหมายและมีแนวโน้มในการขยายกิจการเมื่อมีการเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนและพนักงานขับรถนั้น มีความรู้ทั่วไปด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติงานและด้านกฎจราจรในระดับปานกลาง จากการทดสอบสมมุติฐานพบว่าคุณลักษณะและทักษะของพนักงานขับรถที่สถานประกอบการพึงประสงค์และแนวโน้มในการขยายกิจการในอนาคตหลังจากเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันระหว่างปัจจัยความสามารถของบุคลากรด้านโลจิสติกส์สู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน สำหรับพนักงานขับรถขนส่ง พบว่าทักษะด้านกฎจราจร ทักษะด้านความปลอดภัยในการขับรถขนส่ง ปัจจัยจูงใจในการทำงาน ทัศนคติต่ออาชีพและความต้องการยกระดับพัฒนาทักษะ มีความสัมพันธ์กันระหว่างปัจจัยความสามารถของบุคลากรด้านโลจิสติกส์สู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ที่ระดับนับสำคัญที่ 0.10

The purpose of this study was to learn the work status and to explore the operational skills of personnel in the business firms of logistics providers in Samutprakarn Province. People in this study were representative of the business firms such as business owner’s managers chief of transportation drivers in the business firms of logistics providers in Samutprakarn Province consisted of 17 companies. The sample in this study consisted of 17 representatives of the business firms and 100 transportation drivers. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and statistical data analysis using the percentage average standard deviation t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA). The study found that most of the representatives of the business firms need to increase the manpower due to the business expansion and need employees with knowledge skills in operating practices and legal skills also trend to expand the business when the economy has turned into AEC. As for the transportation drivers they have the general knowledge about practical skills and the traffic laws at moderate level. The hypothesis testing found that the attributes and skills of the transportation drivers whom desirable for the business firms and trend to expand the business in the future when the economy had turned into AEC is not different between developing the capacity of logistics personnel toward AEC. As for the transportation drivers it find out that the skills about traffic laws safety skills to drive the transportation vehicles motivation factors to work attitudes toward the occupation and desires to upgrade their skills are coherent between developing the capacity of logistics personnel toward AEC in statistics the significance level of 0.10.
