ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์และสวัสดิการสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษา เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นคุณธรรมจริยธรรมโดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 158 คน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา คือ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่า เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้Crosstabs ในการคำนวณหาค่าความถี่แบบแจกแจง 2 ทาง และใช้ Chi-Square หา ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษา ผลการศึกษา มีดังนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 84.8) อายุเฉลี่ย 20.29 ปี บุคคลที่ให้การสนับสนุนด้านการศึกษา คือ บิดามารดา (ร้อยละ 93.0) ปัญหาการเรียนพบมากที่สุด คือ ไม่รู้จะเริ่มจากอะไร (ร้อยละ 41.8) และ ไม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเพียงพอ (ร้อยละ 36.1) ความต้องการด้านการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด คือ เทคนิคการ ปฏิบัติงานต่าง ๆ ผลการเรียนส่วนใหญ่ได้เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.01-3.00 มีพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ในชั้นเรียน (ร้อยละ 64.6) และเคยมีพฤติกรรมไม่ซื่อสัตย์ (ร้อยละ 35.4) การประเมินคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้านความซื่อสัตย์โดยภาพ รวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.94 (คะแนนเต็ม 4) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ พบว่า พฤติกรรมความไม่ซื่อสัตย์ในชั้นเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความซื่อสัตย์ของนักศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The research on Factors Related to Honesty Behavior of Student in the second year of Social Work and Social Welfare Faculty, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University is the Survey Research. The objectives are to study the honesty behavior and factors related to honesty behavior of students to guide the development of learning and teaching that focuses on ethics. Questionnaire is employed to survey 158 sample. Descriptive statistic includes percentage, mean, standard deviation are used to describe the basic data of samples. Crosstab and Chi-Square are used to analyze the relationship of honesty and behavior. The results are as follows: Most sample group is female (84.8%), average age is 20.29 years. The person who support education are parents (93.0%). Most common problem was learning, not knowing where to start from (41.8%) and not having enough knowledge and understanding (36.1%). Most students got GPA 2.01-3.00, 64.6% were honest in class and 35.4% were unfaithful. The overall assessment of morality and ethics in honesty was at high level, averaging 2.94 (full score 4). The factors related to honesty behavior is the dishonesty behavior in the class related to the honest behavior of the students with statistical significance at the level of .05
