การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสินค้าคงคลังอะไหล่ซ่อมบำรุงด้วยวิธี ABC Analysis กรณีศึกษา บริษัท XYZ จำกัด

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานของพื้นที่เก็บสินค้าคงคลังสำหรับอะไหล่ซ่อมบำรุงด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์ ABC โดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้ทำการแบ่งกลุ่มชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ ประกอบด้วย คอมเพรสเซอร์ ดิจิตอลคอนโทรลเลอร์ และสายไฟและหลอดไฟ โดยการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของอะไหล่แต่ละกลุ่ม เพื่อจัดตำแหน่งการวางอะไหล่ใหม่ ซึ่งผลจากการศึกษาทำให้เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังอะไหล่มีความเป็นระเบียบมากขึ้น อัตราการค้นหาอะไหล่ไม่พบลดลง 3 ครั้ง/เดือน ไม่มีปัญหาจากการหยิบอะไหล่ผิดพลาด การจัดเก็บอะไหล่ชนิดเดียวกันหลายตำแหน่งลดลง 2 ครั้ง/เดือน อะไหล่ชำรุดหรือเสียหายไม่เกิดขึ้น และเวลาในการหยิบอะไหล่ลดลง 2 นาที/ครั้ง

This research aims to find out hoe to optimize the use of inventory for maintenance parts by ABC analysis. This study was divided into spare parts consist of compressor, digital controller and power line and lamp. The information is buying from the store and using the ABC Analysis on Pareto theories for change new location. The study of research was found that the ABC analysis theory can efficiency improvement of inventory management. The spare parts not found decreased 3 times/month, No error from picking spare parts, collection of spare part are in the same direction of spare parts store down 2 times/month, spare parts are damaged or damaged. And time to pick up the spare 2 minutes/time.
