ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุและปัจจัยแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภูมิลำเนาในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน42,782 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ จำนวน 385 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับประกอบด้วย 3 ตอน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 ปัจจัยแรงสนับสนุนด้านสังคมค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 และคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น.90 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความมั่นคงในชีวิตการศึกษาเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สามารถร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดชลบุรีได้ร้อยละ52 (R2= .52) การสนับสนุนด้านอารมณ์และและการสนับสนุนข้อมูลข่าวสารร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดชลบุรี ได้ร้อยละ75 (R2= .75) ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการวางแผนให้การดูแลผู้สูงอายุเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีและการมีสุขภาวะที่ดีต่อไป

The purpose of this research was to study elderly welfare and social support factors influencing the quality of life for elderly people. The sample population of Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province totally 42,782 elderly people. Obtained through stratified random sampling technique, the samples consisted of 385 elderly people. The instruments used in the study was a questionnaire on 5 level rating scale, consisting of 3 parts: elderly welfare factor, confidence value equal to .96, social support factor, confidence value equal to .92 and quality of life for elderly, confidence value .90 and statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’ s product-moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. For predictive stability in life, study, economy and society were 52 percent(R2= .52)of quality of life for elderly people in Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province, emotional support and information support were 75 percent (R2= .75)of life for elderly people in Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province. The responsible organizations can develop the plan for promoting the quality of life and health of the elderly in aging society.
