ภาพสะท้อนคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนกลุ่มอั้งยี่ในนวนิยายชุด “เลือดทระนง”

Abstract

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ภาพสะท้อนคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนกลุ่มอั้งยี่ในนวนิยาย ชุด เลือดทระนง จำนวน 3 เล่ม คือ เพลิงพยัคฆ์ ไฟรัก...มังกร และอัสดรพิโรธ โดยนำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นวนิยายชุด เลือดทระนง สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าลักษณะคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนกลุ่มอั้งยี่มี 3 ด้าน คือ 1) มีวิถีชีวิต การประกอบอาชีพ และลักษณะครอบครัวที่แสดงถึงฐานะความเป็นอยู่ที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนยากจน 2) มีการรวมกลุ่มที่มีความสัมพันธ์แบบช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน ตามจุดมุ่งหมายของกลุ่มอั้งยี่ที่ได้สืบทอดมาจากประเทศจีน 3) มีประเพณีพิธีกรรมและความเชื่อ เกี่ยวกับการนับถือเทพเจ้า การทำนายโชคชะตา และการเคารพนับถือสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์

This research aimed to analyze the reflection of Thai-Chinese in Ang Yi Group (Chinese secret society) from Novel Series of Luard Toranong (The arrogant blood) which comprising three volumes; Pleng Payak (The fighting tigers), Fai Rack Mungkorn (The dragon’s love), and Asadorn Pirote (The furious excellent horse). The findings presented as descriptive analysis. The novel series reflected the ethnic Chinese group Ang Yi in Thailand in 3 areas: 1) Livelihood; Chinese family had differences in status and characteristics which were poor. 2) Society; there were a tie relationship among groups which had mutual supports focus on the purpose of Ang Yi groups derive from China. 3) Traditions; There were the Ang Yi group maintained rituals and beliefs about honoring God, telling the fortune, and worshiping the holy objects
