การพัฒนารูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศโดยจักรยาน ของชุมชนบางพลับ อำเภอบางคนที จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบทชุมชนและศักยภาพของทรัพยากร การท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศของชุมชนบางพลับ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม 2) ศึกษาศักยภาพของผู้มี ส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศโดยจักรยานของชุมชนบางพลับ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม 3) พัฒนารูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศโดยจักรยานของชุมชนบางพลับ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการแบบผสมผสานด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative) โดยมีเครื่องมือ ได้แก่ แบบรายการศึกษาชุมชน แบบตรวจสอบทรัพยากรทางการท่องเที่ยว และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก มีประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 30 คน เป็นกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในพื้นที่ ได้แก่ ภาครัฐ ผู้ประกอบการ และประชาชน และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative) มีเครื่องมือ เชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย จํานวน 50 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวที่สําคัญของจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ได้แก่ ศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนบ้านบางพลับ (สวนส้มโอปลอดสารเคมีและสวนมะพร้าว) วัดบางพลับ นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมทางการท่องเที่ยวที่น่าสนใจมาก ได้แก่ เทศกาลตักบาตรขนมครก บ้านบางพลับ กิจกรรมเคี่ยวน้ําตาลมะพร้าว (เตาตาล) กิจกรรมการทําถ่านผลไม้ กิจกรรมทํา ผลไม้กลับชาติ กิจกรรมทัวร์สวนผลไม้ กิจกรรมการเขียนลายเบญจรงค์ กิจกรรมการแกะสลักลายมะพร้าวซอ 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ SWOT ที่มีความสําคัญมากที่สุด จุดแข็ง : ทําเลตั้งอยู่ใกล้กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งมีศักยภาพในการดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยว จุดอ่อน : ขาดการสนับสนุนส่งเสริม ในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการรายย่อย โดยเฉพาะภาคการท่องเที่ยว ให้มีองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน โอกาส : สามารถพัฒนาเป็นฐานการผลิตส้มโอเพื่อส่งออกแหล่งสําคัญของประเทศ อุปสรรค : ศักยภาพการแข่งขันของประเทศเพื่อนบ้านสูงขึ้น (โดยเฉพาะในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้) จึงลดบทบาทความน่าสนใจของจังหวัด และชุมชนลง ส่วนความคิดเห็นของนักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในด้านฐานการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนบ้านบางพลับ ด้วยคะแนนสูงสูด 5 ลําดับ ได้แก่ ฐานการเรียนรู้คน เอาถ่าน ฐานการเรียนรู้การทําผลไม้กลับชาติ ฐานการเรียนรู้สวนส้มโอ ฐานการเรียนรู้ทําน้ําตาลจากมะพร้าว และฐานการเรียนรู้บ้านพญาซอ ตามลําดับ โดยกําหนดเป็นเส้นทางจักรยานได้ จํานวน 3 เส้นทาง 3) ผู้วิจัยได้นําผลจากการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณดังกล่าว มาพัฒนาเป็นรูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศโดยจักรยานในพื้นที่ บ้านบางพลับ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้ 1. การมีส่วนร่วมจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอย่างบูรณาการ 2. การพัฒนาเส้นทางจักรยานของชุมชน 3. การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนเชิงสร้างสรรค์

This research aimed to 1) studying the context of community and the potential of ecotourism resources of Bang Plub community, Samutsongkhram Province 2) studying the potential of the stakeholders who involved with ecotourism management by using bicycle of Bang Plub community, Samutsongkhram Province 3) developing guidelines for ecotourism and bicycle using for Bang Plub community, Samutsongkhram Province. Research methodologies were mixed between quantitative and qualitative research. For qualitative research, community study checklists, tourism resources checklists and in-depth interview form were used as data collection tools to asked 30 stakeholders in the community such as government sector, entrepreneurs, and local people. And the quantitative data were collected from 50 people of Thai tourists by using questionnaires as a research instrument. According to the research findings, it was found that 1) important ecotourism resources, which are Bang Plub local learning center (free toxic pomelo and coconut gardens) and Bang Plub temple. Furthermore, there are other interesting activities, such as the festival of offering Kanom Krok to monk at Ban Bang Plub, coconut sugar simmering activity, fruit charcoal activity, Reborn fruit making activity, orchard touring activity, Benjanrong depicting activity, and Sor coconut crafting activity 2) The analysis of SWOT indicated that the strength is its location near Bangkok that can attract more tourists, weakness is the lack of support for reinforcement to small business entrepreneurs to promote sustainable tourism management, opportunity is the chance to develop to be the production base for pummel for exporting, threat is increasing competitive capacity of our neighboring countries (especially in Southeast Asia) that can reduce the interest of this province. For the tourists’ opinions found that the places in Bang Plub community which has the highest satisfaction ranks are the learning base of charcoal, learning base of reborn fruit, learning base of pomelo garden, and learning base of Pra Ya Sor respectively. Due to the results of this study, the researchers were creating 3 bicycle routes. 3) the researcher using both qualitative and quantitative results of research developed to be the new form of ecotourism by bicycle in the area of Bang Plub community, Samutsongkhram Province with three main strategies as following, the integrated of stakeholders participation, developing of bicycle route in the community, and the developing of creative economy development.
