ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้และทักษะกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้ออรังในชุมชน : กรณีศึกษาอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้และทักษะกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิ์ผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน : กรณีศึกษา อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ ทักษะ และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้และทักษะต่อผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสส.) เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานครกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิ์ผู้ปวยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน สัมภาษณ์โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ SPSS for Window ผลการศึกษามีดังนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 61.44 ปี อายุระหว่าง 51-60 ปี สถานภาพสมรสแล้ว สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน (อสส.) เฉลี่ย 10.70 ปี ระยะเวลา 11-15 ปี ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน ระดับดีมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.72 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.45 ทักษะกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน ระดับดีมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.26 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.52 การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ให้บริการแก่ผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน ประกอบด้วย 3 มิติ คือ 1) การให้บริการผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.89 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.33 2) การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเรื้อรังในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.05 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.55 และ 3) การเสริมพลังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.51 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.49 ผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ พบว่า ทักษะการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรัง (r=.538) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ปวยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานทั้ง 5 ข้อ พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส และระยะเวลาในการเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขทั้งหมดไม่มีผลต่อการพิทักษ์สิทธิ์ของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน

This study is a quantitative research with its objectives to find out their personal information, knowledge and skills of the public health volunteers in Wattana district in relation to the right protection of the patients with chronic disease in their community. 100 purposive samples were used to collect data by administered questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by the SPSS for Window program and the results are as follows: This study found that most samples were female, average aged 61.44 years between 51-60 years old, primary graduation, the average time of working as a public health volunteer was 10.70 years, duration 11-15 years. The knowledge of chronic disease and also the skills for taking care of the patients are at a highest levels (x̄ = 4.72, SD = 0.45) and (x̄ = 4.26, SD = 0.52) respectively. The right protection for chronic disease patients composing of 3 dimensions showed that 1) Service practice for the patients with chronic disease and 2) Knowledge about diagnosis and right protection are both at high level (x̄ = 3.89, SD=0.33) and (x̄ = 4.05,SD=0.55) respectively, While 3) Empowerment given to such patients are at highest level (x̄ = 4.51, SD = 0.49). The correlation coefficient analysis between the skills for taking care of the patients and the right protection of the chronic diseased patients in the community revealed positive correlated (r=.538) at the 0.5 level of significance. The results of the five hypothesis tests showed that gender, age, education level, marital status, and duration of volunteering, have no effect with the right protection of chronic diseased patients in the community.
