การประเมินสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเขต 2 ตำบลบางโฉลง อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Cross sectional study) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเขต 2 และเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยของครูและนักเรียนกับสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยภายในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 2 ตำบลบางโฉลง อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยทำการศึกษาทั้งหมด 4 โรงเรียน ครูจำนวน 123 คน นักเรียน จำนวน 281 คน โดยใช้แบบประเมินสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยและแบบสอบถามความรู้ของครูและนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและสถิติอนุมานโดยใช้ Chi-Square วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การประเมินสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยทั้ง 4 โรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 30.25 ตามมาตรฐานคู่มือแนวทางปฏิบัติและมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของสถานศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2556 ผลการทดสอบความรู้ของครูและนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยทั้ง 4 โรงเรียน ครูมีความรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัย อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 12.08 , SD= 1.53) นักเรียนมีความรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 16.04 , SD=2.13) และความรู้ของครูและนักเรียนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยกับผลการประเมินสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านความปลอดภัยทั้ง 4 โรงเรียนไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน (p-value>0.05) ผลการวิจัยนี้ สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับหน่วยงานด้านการศึกษาในการกำกับ ตรวจสอบและจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนกับครูและนักเรียน ให้ตระหนักถึงสิ่งแวดล้อมความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเรื่องอุปกรณ์ป้องกันการเกิดอัคคีภัยและการซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟ

Cross sectional study aimed to study 1) Evaluated environmental safety in the government schools under the office of primary education area 2 Bangplee district Samut Prakarn provice and found the relationship between the knowledge about the environmental safety of teachers and students within the school. The sample were teacher 123 and students 281 from 4 schools. Data were collected by Environmental safety assessment form and the environmental safety questionnaires for teachers and students, the descriptive statistic including amount, percentage, average in data analysis and the Chi-Square were applied to analyze the relationship between the variables. The research found that, Environmental assessment of the safety of in 4 schools were moderate level. With an average of 30:25 according to the safety environmental assessment criteria Guidelines and measures for security of educational institutions Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education, revised 2013. The results of the testing of knowledge of teachers and students about environmental safety in 4 schools, Teachers had knowledge of environmental safety at the moderate level (Mean = 12.08, SD = 1.53). Students had knowledge of the safety environment at the high level (Mean = 16.04, SD = 2.13) and the knowledge of teachers and students on environmental safety and safety environmental assessment results, 4 schools are not related (p-value > 0.05) The results of this research can be used as information for the education agency in governance. Examination and training of school safety knowledge with teachers and students, To be aware of the safety environmental in the school, Especially on fire prevention equipments and fire evacuation drills.
