เว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับระบบบริหารจัดการโรงแรม

Abstract

ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบบริหารจัดการโรงแรม เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวก เช่น สามารถจองโดยระบุหมายเลขห้อง จองสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้อง และความปลอดภัย เช่น การเปิดประตูด้วย QR code และชำระเงินผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้พัฒนา ได้แก่ Word press, PHP, FileZilla ในการเปิดประตู ใช้ Raspberry pi 3 model b เชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ด้วย Pycharm และ Python ส่วน QR-Code สร้างจาก ชื่อและหมายเลขห้อง ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่า การรีวิวภาพห้องแบบ 360 องศา ทำให้สามารถตัดสินใจจองหมายเลขห้องที่ต้องการได้ และจอง ไดร์เป่าผม เป็นต้น เมื่อชำระเงินผ่าน PayPal ระบบจัดส่ง QR-Code เพื่อเปิดประตูทาง Email รวมถึงการเช็คอินก่อนถึงโรงแรม ระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูล ได้กำหนดสิทธิตรวจสอบข้อมูลของผู้เข้าพัก โดยพนักงานตรวจสอบการชำระเงินผ่าน cloud เทียบรหัส QR-Code เพื่อความปลอดภัย เมื่อเช็คเอาท์ QR Code ใน Email จะหายไป โดยสรุป ระบบมีความเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายและความปลอดภัยให้กับผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมมาก

This research aims to develop the web application for the hotel management systerms via mobile application. The system is comfortable for tourists to reserve the room number including all facilities in the room and open room with QR Code. The system is developed by Word press, PHP, Filezilla as tools. Raspberry pi 3 model b applied for opening the door and Pycharm and Python as tools for system integration. The results of the study demonstrated that the system ease for booking and paying via PayPal. The customers will receive a QR-Code via Email to scan the door open. In term of security, the hotel staff corresponded QR-Code after the customer check-in. When it is time to check out the QR-Code in the email is disappear. It can be concluded that the system is user-friendly and more convenience.
