การจัดการผลิตภาพเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตก้าวสู่ภาคเกษตรกรรม 4.0

Abstract

การเกษตรมีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาประเทศ และส่งออกอาหารหลักที่สำคัญของโลก ซึ่งเกษตรกรรมเป็นอาชีพหลักของชาติ ปัจจุบันเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นแรงงานกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุมีร้อยละ 35 ของประชากร และสัดส่วนผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในภาคการเกษตรลดลงเหลือเพียงร้อยละ 5.9 ของผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมของประเทศ การเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภาพและสินค้าทางการเกษตรเป็นเรื่องท้าทายของเกษตรกรและหน่วยงานภาครัฐเกิดการร่วมมือกัน กลุ่มเกษตรกรผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์กะลามะพร้าว จังหวัดลำปางประสบผลสำเร็จซึ่งนำหลักการเพิ่มผลิตภาพประยุกต์ใช้ พบว่าผลิตภาพรวมของทุกผลิตภัณฑ์มีค่าใกล้เคียงกัน มีค่าระหว่าง 1.09 ถึง 1.28 ใช้หลักการกำจัดสูญเสียการผลิต (4 Zero) ดังนั้นการก้าวสู่ยุคดิจิทัลเกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนอนาคตของภาคเกษตรเป็นเกษตร 4.0 โดยนำเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงและแนวคิดผลิตภาพ (Productivity) ของภาคอุตสาหกรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการผลิตภาพแบบบูรณการ นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จ

Agriculture can play an important role in the development path of food products export sector around the world. Farming is the great majority of occupation. At present, the main agricultural workers are the elderly population that about 35 percent of the population and the proportion of gross domestic product in agriculture is reduced to 5.9 percent of GDP. Total Productivity Management and agricultural products can be a challenge for farmers and government through the agricultural cooperative. Improving the productivity of workers producing coconut shell products in Lampang Province was successfully by applying the principle of increasing productivity. The results obtained total productivity between 1.09 and 1.28. Therefore, the digital and new technologies that can be the solutions in Agriculture 4.0, along with the industry concept (known for its enhancing the productivity).
