สิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพจากการทำงานและภาวะสุขภาพของชาวสวนยาง หมู่บ้านอีมาดอีทราย อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพจากการทำงาน ภาวะสุขภาพ และปัจจัย ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพของชาวสวนยางหมู่บ้านอีมาดอีทราย อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินภาวะสุขภาพ (SF-36) ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ คอนบราค 0.74 และ 0.71 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติการทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการทดสอบฟิชเชอร์ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 95 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ร้อยละ 73.33 เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 38.28 ± 10.91 ปี ร้อยละ 70 มีสถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 43.33 จบการศึกษาสูงสุดระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ร้อยละ 51.70 มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ในช่วง 5,000-9,000 บาท ร้อยละ 48.33 มีสิ่งคุกคามอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและระดับมาก ร้อยละ 50 มีภาวะสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก อายุและสิ่งคุกคามมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพ (p=.037 และ p<.001 ตามลำดับ) เพื่อความปลอดภัยและ ภาวะสุขภาพที่ดีของชาวสวนยาง จึงมีข้อเสนอแนะต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องคือ ควรมีการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอันตราย จากสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพ การปฏิบัติที่ถูกวิธี และวิธีการป้องกัน

This cross-sectional research aims to study occupational health hazards, health status and related factors. The samples consisted of 60 rubber planters in Imad Isai village, Ban Rai district, Uthai Thani province. Data collection were accomplished with questionnaires and health status test (using the SF-36). The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the questionnaire and the SF-36 were 0.74 and 0.71, respectively. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square test and Fisher’s exact test at 95% confidence interval. Results indicated 73.33% of rubber planters were males, the average age was 38.28 ± 10.91 years, 70% marital status, 43.33% graduated at the lower secondary education, 51.70% had the average monthly income in the range of 5,000-9,000 baht, 48.33% had occupational health hazards in the moderate level to the more level, and 50% had a very good health status. Factors were significantly associated with health status, namely, age (p=.037) and health hazards (p<.001). For the safety and good health status of rubber planters, the findings lead to recommendations that the health organizations should have training about occupational health hazards, good practices, and prevention
