“โดรน” นวัตกรรมเปลี่ยนโฉมวงการโลจิสติกส์

Abstract

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงบทบาทและความสำคัญของนวัตกรรม “โดรน” (Drone) ที่เข้ามาช่วยพัฒนากิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์จากเดิมเป็นการบริหารการจัดการที่ดีอยู่แล้ว แต่บางสถานการณ์อาจจะยังมีการจัดการไม่ดีนัก เช่น หากรถติดและต้องการขนส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้า ส่งผลให้ลูกค้าได้รับของช้า และไม่พึงพอใจในการบริการขนส่งผลกระทบที่ตามมาทำให้เสียลูกค้าได้ ซึ่งในปัจจุบันมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วในยุคดิจิทัล โดรนได้เข้ามามีบทบาทในวงการอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจ และโลจิสติกส์ระดับโลก สำหรับมุมมองของโลจิสติกส์โดรนเป็นเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาช่วยบริหารการดำเนินงานได้หลายกิจกรรม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกิจกรรมการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า กิจกรรมการจัดการขนส่งสินค้า เป็นต้น และยังสามารถช่วยลดต้นทุนให้กับธุรกิจได้อย่างมาก จึงส่งผลกระทบให้ธุรกิจในสายงานโลจิสติกส์ต้องมีการปรับตัวเพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนนวัตกรรม นำสิ่งใหม่ๆ เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้หรือนำมาเป็นตัวชี้วัดในความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจในปัจจุบัน

This academic article aims to point out the role and importance of innovation. The incoming “drone” has helped develop logistics activities from the from the past, which is already good management. However, some situations may not be very well managed, such as if the car is stuck and wants to transport goods to the customer, resulting in the customer receiving the goods late and note being satisfied with the transportation service. The consequences can spoil the customer. Nowadays, there are rapid changes in the digital age. Drones have played a role in the global business and logistics industries. For a logistical perspective, drones are a technology that can help manage multiple operations. Whether it is warehouse management activities, it can also significantly reduce the cost of the business. Therefore, the logistics business needs to adapt to innovation and apply new things or use them indicators of the survival of today’s business.
