การส่งเสริมครูโรงเรียนวัดสร่างโศกเพื่อจัดทำโครงงานอาชีพ เรื่อง การทำอิฐบล็อกจากเปลือกหอยแมลงภู่

Abstract

การส่งเสริมครูเพื่อจัดทำโครงงานอาชีพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนการสอนและการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบโครงงานอาชีพ เรื่องการทำอิฐบล็อกจากเปลือกหอยแมลงภู่ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนวัดสร่างโศก จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานอาชีพตามหลักการทำงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีขั้นตอนการดำเนินโครงการ คือ การสำรวจปัญหา/ความต้องการของครูในการเสริมศักยภาพการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานอาชีพ การประเมินผลและถอดองค์ความรู้จากกิจกรรม พบว่า ครูสามารถพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรูปแบบโครงงานมากขึ้น และนักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ อิจบล็อคจากเปลือกหอยแมลงภู่ที่ได้นำไปปูทางเดินภายในโรงเรียน มีน้ำหนักเบาและมีราคาถูก และเป็นการนำวัสดุเหลือทิ้งในชุมชนมาสร้างมูลค่า

Motivating teachers for this project have the objective to encourage the teaching and learning process and the development of learning activities in the form of a project to make brick blocks from green mussel shells by six pupils studying at primary 4 level at Watsrangsok School. The tool used is learning management plan for a project-based activity with participatory principles. The steps in these processes are problem survey, requirement of empower learning for the teachers, organization of project activities, performance evaluation and extracting knowledge from activities. The results show that teachers can develop skills in the form of a project. In addition, the pupils can learn to do scientific experiments. They build brick blocks from green mussel shells that were used to pave the corridors within the school. The bricks were lightweight and cheap and it adds value to the waste materials in the community.
